During the operation of outlet high slop of the hydropower station diversion tunnel, the monitoring data shown that the upper slope had an abnormal deformation tendency toward the upstream, which was different from the general slope deformation law.
The paper analyzed the deformation mechanism of the high slop outside the hydropower station diversion tunnel in detail based on detailed analysis of the geological data.
Some scholars had carried some related researches on slope from the monitoring data, and slope stability and other aspects [2~4], but the researches about the slope deformation mechanism were not in-depth and thorough enough.
Research on the deformation mechanism Based on the above mentioned comprehensive analysis of the geological data and monitoring data, we can get some knowledge about the deformation and damage mechanisms of outlet high slope of the diversion tunnel

The stored data packet of database includes the hardware information of system device; the information of the equipment's data collection parameter and ASP user's accounts information, etc.
Device parameter table is used to store all the parameters of the field equipments, including their active data, history data, etc.
Database is not only the overall system's data reduction center but also the ligament that links field equipments substratum and the office.

Calculation diagram "s-e" for concrete Main Section To derive the equations of the stress-strain state of the normal section of reinforced concrete elements, we adopt the following provisions: - the calculated section is considered, the deformation of which is equal to the average length of the block between the cracks (if the latter take place); - the average deformations of concrete and reinforcement are distributed according to the linear law; - the connection between the stresses and deformations of the concrete (Fig. 1) is described by the polynomial of degree: (1) - the relationship between stresses and deformations of reinforcing steel is taken in the form of a diagram "ss-es " whose parameters are obtained according to experimental data; - the reduction of the force that takes the extended concrete zone due to cracks formation can be taken into account by the coefficient (2) where e2 – relative deformations of tensed extreme fiber.

In addition to improved performance, the results promise the production of a sustainable building material with environmental and economic benefits due to the reduced amount of overly-high-energy-consuming cement used and the potential reduction of the cost of sulfate resisting cement.
The present experimental study was developed to obtain conclusive data on the effects of incorporating Algerian natural pozzolan in sulfate resisting cement and to evaluate its influence in tests of sulfate attack.
According to Sahmaran et al., the use of natural pozzolan improves the sulfate resistance of cements, principally due to the C-H reduction in mortars [28].
However, more experimental and analytical data related to the dosage and the chemical basis of Algerian natural pozzolan need to be obtained.
