Quality Control of Building Materials According to Uncertainty of Measurement and Stability of the Technological Process of Production
Valentina I.
Materials and Research Methods To clarify the influence of the uncertainty of the measurement results, as well as the statistical instability of the production process on the results of the sorting of products on the controlled parameter (compressive strength), we consider the process of producing ceramic grade 100 bricks as one of the common types of building materials.

Fig. 3 The factual picture of computer virtual simulation hardware
In the process of parallel computing virtual simulation, in order to validate the numerical calculation, we proposed numerical simulation of two kinds of different materials using ANSYS software, the two kinds of materials are aluminum alloy and 45# steel, the specific settings such as shown in Figure 4.
This is because the 45# steel materials are hard and not easy to have deformation, numerical simulation is coincident with the theory, which proves the validity and reliability of the algorithm is this paper.
