Thanks to the use of high-power EBZ318H comprehensive tunneling machine, it has realized the rapid construction of inclined well, achieved the good grades of 227 m in the highest month .The well had good engineering quality and no safety accidents, implementing the fast construction of safe and efficient, high quality, economic benefit and social benefit .

Long term performance of FRP/concrete interface is one of the keys for its successful engineering application, and however it has not been well studied.
Introduction FRP has been used widely to strengthen civil engineering structures, e.g. bridge decks, girders and columns, to reduce deflection and control cracks.
Because of that load is transferred from structure to FRP via FRP/concrete interface in strengthen structure, interface (especially long term) behaviors is one of keys to practical engineering application.
