Two is to choose the small thermal conductivity materials, cutting off the heat bridge of metal frame and blade profile to make bridge-cut-off window whose effect is very good, such as aluminum alloy with the coating processing and with PVC plastic composite insulation treatment has low thermal conductivity.
If the cavity inner wall is coated with small radiation coefficient materials, the window frame materials insulation performance can be greatly improved, but the sealed air layer radiation heat transfer made of general building materials is more than 70% of the total heat transfer [3]
(2) Window glasses insulation performances should be improved Window glass is commonly used as transparent materials.
Conclusions Heat preservation of exterior window is in many aspects, including window to wall area ratio control and window materials selection of excellent thermal performance and strengthens the airtight window and optimal window design and use of heat preservation curtain, window cover and so on.

Abstract: With the development of continuous welded rail (CWR) in China high speed railway, the innovative study has been carried out for the welding technique of track key part.
Analysis of Technical Benefit It will save the following direct and indirect cost that repairing and reusing the seriously worn frog, switch rail and rail under the premise of ensuring acceptable quality: ①{TTP}9312 a considerable material procurement cost; ②{TTP}9313 labor cost on replacing the worn rail; ③{TTP}9314 loading & unloading cost, freight charges and machinery cost during loading & unloading and transporting the spare rail materials; ④{TTP}9315 reduced transport revenue since the spare materials is transported from the material storage center to the site, and the track trolley occupies the time during which the train should have been operated; ⑤{TTP}9316 reduced transport revenue because the train operation is delayed during replacement of worn rail with closed construction.
(3) Indirect cost: two workers are required for replacing one piece of rail material.
Meanwhile, it takes 25 minutes to replace a piece of rail material.

ABSTRACT
As vehicle flow on arterial highway in Inner Mongolia sharply increased, the originally designed natural increase rate of 8% per year has been exceeded on the vehicle flow in some sections.
However, there are still a few deficiencies in the quality of raw materials, gradation control of asphalt mixture and adjustment of equipment, etc.
Currently, the asphalt concrete mixing plant whose measuring device’s measurement accuracy of aggregate and powder can be controlled within ± 1% and asphalt’s measurement accuracy can be controlled within ± 0.5%, which has satisfied the requirements of measuring various materials, and considered a design for the compensation of “carry-over”.
As the result of experiences summing up, (the appropriate raw materials, correct target mixture ratio, enhancing mixing, transporting, paving and compaction) the other key processes is the prerequisite for producing qualified asphalt pavement.

In this article, a few key issues and related researches on plastic forming of high-performance materials precision tube are reviewed.
Thus, modern high-tech engineering put forward higher demands for materials processing technology.
Materials processing technology develop rapidly in recent years, especially on the forming technologies of tube.
It lead to a larger wall thickness and higher strength materials tube hydroforming is possible.

The key measures for this technology are energy saving, material saving, water saving, land saving, as well as protecting the environment during construction.
Meanwhile, responsibility engineers were designated to document requirements on material and use plans.
All these analyses above made the engineering geological conditions rather complicated.
Moreover, recyclable construction waste such as waste paper, wood, wire and scrap metal material was collected for other engineering applications by staff specially designated.

Abstract.
Many different kinds of biomass materials are widely distributed rich [3] and have good biodegradability [4], also compared with synthetic polymer materials.
Like synthetic polymer, biomass materials can be made into plastics, engineering fibers, fiber, functional materials, coatings, adhesives, composites, etc. [8], those products are applied in the areas of production and living.
