Self-supporting electrode Based-on SWNT Paper for Supercapacitors

The results indicated that the SWNT paper had a typical network structure, after polymerizing PPy, cauliflower-like structure was observed on the surface of SWNT ropes.
The typical network structure was comprised of continuous SWNT ropes, which giving rise to tube self-assembly by Van der Waals force during the filtration [11].
The typical cauliflower-like structure was observed on the surface of SWNT ropes, with little change in the dimension of nanotube ropes.
It was found that strongly interactions appearing in the composite SWNT Paper owing to its uniform structures, and, as a result, leading to an increased electrical conductivity.

DHTPE is a conjugated structure, which enables to form planar conformation between aromatic rings, and selectively sufonated on phenyl rings of polymer side chain.
A series of composite membranes structures and characteristic were evaluated by the 1H-NMR spectroscopy, and thermal stabilities.
The chemical structures of DHTPE and polymers were identified by 1H-NMR shown in Fig. 1.
The chemical structures of PDHTPE and S-PDHTPE were identified by 1H-NMR shown in Fig. 1-b and 1-c.
That structure was investigated by 1H-NMR spectra.

Exploiting a laboratory scale rolling equipment, the as-cast structures were cold rolled to about 96% reduction in thickness.
X-ray Powder Diffraction (XRPD) was used to identify the crystal structure.
Results The formation of single FCC-structured HEAs following the induction process was confirmed by XRPD, as shown in Fig. 1(a).
Microstructure morphology after annealing could be tracked back to a cold deformation structure with the presence of twins, thus in agreement with XRD analysis that confirms the FCC structure.
The application of conventional strategies to promote the recrystallization of dendritic structure by cold deformation followed by recovery and recrystallization, transforms the dendritic structure into a polycrystalline microstructure, suitable for structural applications.

In the PLA polymer PPy deposition was not completely uniform, the layer presented some faulted spots, probably the adsorption effect between the pyrrole monomer and the PLA is lower by the presence of oxygen in the PLA structure, as the oxygen is more electronegative than the nitrogen, then only the carbon that is not attached to the oxygen in the PLA structure can interact.
