Chemistry nickel plating liquid is commonly divided into acidity plates liquid and alkalinity plates liquid.
This phenomenon is caused by the following: the chemical nickel coating is amorphous state organization, and it is changed to microcrystalline structure[5] when the temperature is above 300°C, at this course, Ni3P phase which has higher hardness will precipitate (shows in Figs.1 and 2), it will strengthen the film and improve hardness because it adds the resisting force of the gliding plane.
The aluminum alloy parts which requiring high hardness, high wear-resisting and conducting can be carried on heating process after chemistry plating.
The chemistry layer can be blacken in the mixture of Cr(OH)3·Cr(OH)·CrO4 and phosphate.
Blacken treatment can not effect the mechanical character of chemistry plating and its later treatment basically, but it can lowed the reflection of plating layer surface largely.

Because of the common structure, the products have the similar shape of fluorescence emission spectra curve.
