Using powder metallurgy to prepare nano/micron hybrid SiC particle reinforced Aluminum matrix composites, There will be defects such as loose and void between the matrix of composite materials and between the matrix and reinforced particles, and uneven distribution of reinforcement in the matrix [4, 5].
