Therefore, the first left-handed materials come out to human being [2].
In 2003, the founding of left-handed materials has been selected as one of the “ten key” scientific breakthrough by American <<Science>> magazine, which triggered worldwide research on this new artificial material.
With development of the research, the left-handed materials expanded to the multi-functional materials called metamaterials [3].
That’s to say, metamaterials, which are the new artificial materials that are not found in nature, can control the path of electromagnetic wave’s transmission.

Using powder metallurgy to prepare nano/micron hybrid SiC particle reinforced Aluminum matrix composites, There will be defects such as loose and void between the matrix of composite materials and between the matrix and reinforced particles, and uneven distribution of reinforcement in the matrix [4, 5].
