Consequences – when a node in a distributed system disappears (no replies) one can assume that this happens for the following reasons: (i) hardware error; (ii) software error; (iii) over-crowded traffic on the network.

In the indicators of the livable city, social viewpoints such as employment, education and safety have recently been given much.
Proper urban planning encourages visual coherence, diversity and attractiveness of houses and other buildings; affords sufficient privacy; ensures residents have easy access to amenities, parks, recreation facilities and the town centre; offers pedestrian- friendly spaces; provides streetscapes so that houses have views of the neighbourhood; encourages open porches and low fences in order to encourage social interaction; and restricts motor traffic [13].
In China, the first report of Quality of City Life was published by Beijing international urban development research institute on 2006.
Cities are ranked in 12 factors, which include clothing, food, housing, transportation, birth, old people, sickness, death, safety, living, work.

Details are discussed in section 2. 4)Nesting optimization technology: Considering characteristics of shearing, cutting and stamping processes for sheet plate, profiled bar and reel steel, commercial nesting software should be re-developed or a nesting optimization algorithm should be developed, in which user can chose independently parts fiber orientation, starting size of reel opening, safety size for operation, finishing size of plate edge, scrap size to reuse, etc [7-9]. 5) Material quota computing algorithm: In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of material quota specification, an inverse algorithm out of average utilization rates can be used to compute material quota based on nesting layout results.
Firstly, in order to improve the applicability of software, the nesting algorithm should take characteristics of shearing, cutting and stamping processes for sheet plate, profiled bar and reel steel into account and supply user a convenient function to chose independently parts fiber orientation, starting size of reel opening, safety size for operation, finishing size of plate edge, scrap size to reuse, etc.
