International Society of Rock Mechanics (ISRM) set up a special work group which research on rock large deformation.
This will ensure the safety in construction, and will lay the foundation for the prediction and forecast in exploration stage.
The characteristics of long, large, deep and appearing in groups of traffic tunnel, water tunnel, underground power-house of hydropower station and other underground engineering become remarkable more and more.

The main disadvantages are related to the safety management of the kinetic form of energy storage and to the possible gyroscopic effect.
Consequently the power and speed that the vehicle actually achieves are determined. 4.1 Drive cycle model The European urban drive cycle (ECE) with different road slopes (0¸6%) for urban traffic condition simulation was considered.

Introduction
Rockfall along highways is a major safety hazard and can result in extensive damage to highway infrastructure [1].
So, the theoretical and technological effort to protect smooth traffic flow and People's lives and property security from rockfall hazards is very significant.
Initiative protective net (also called anti-breakup safety net) is a kind of flexible protecting system for stabilizing the unstable shallow rockmass of slope [8].

Because of the unique combination of these properties (until now only one of these properties was at a high level) elements made of these steels (longitudinal and lateral bars, strengthen doors and roof, etc.) will guarantee to absorb a large part of the impact energy during a traffic collision by deformation and the occurring transformations in the material (twinning and/or martensitic transformation), which significantly improve the safety of persons involved in an accident inside a car [10-18].
