Abstract The increasing need for energy efficient tribo-composite surfaces has led to the enhancement of surface properties of engineering components through parameter processing control.
Introduction Low alloy steel represents one of the versatile engineering materials for a variety of structural applications due the advantages of its relatively low cost and attractive mechanical properties such as moderate yield strength, excellent ductility and high fracture toughness.

Introduction
In 2003, China joined the ITER project, and began to actively participate in the international fusion project for future construction .The goal of Chinese ITER plan is a perfect fusion reactor power plant.
According to the latest design of the overall group of Chinese engineering fusion reactor CFETR total fusion power of about 80MW, above-scale experimental fusion reactor project tritium net consumption of about 10kg.
Fig. 1 China engineering fusion reactor solid blanket sub-modules-sectional view CFETR fusion ceramic cladding work environment exists in a large number of neutrons , which affect the rate of sub- properties of tritium and the cladding layer by the power pack .
Fig. 4 First wall thickness relationship with tritium breeding ratio chart4 Conclusion By neutron studies Chinese fusion reactor engineering ceramic cladding helium cooled to determine the properties of the neutron has an advantage over the mainstream use of materials using the newly developed lithium titanate ceramic cladding.
