This, in turn, contributes to expanding the applications of laser materials processing technologies [30-41], including the area of welding stainless steels [28, 30, 32-34, 37, 40].
The lack of thermodynamic and thermophysical data on the properties of alloys is one of the important problems in the development of new advanced materials of a complex chemical composition.
The same problem exists also during the application of new methods of thermal influence (for example, laser radiation) on the known and widely used materials.

Machining hard to machine materials using conventional methods of machining have proved to be very costly as these materials greatly affect the tool life because of poor machinability.
To machine this hard material, suitable conventional tools materials viz., Uncoated Carbide Tool (CNMG120404) and Coated Carbide Tool (SNMG120408) are used.
