The alloys are AA2024-T3 (Al-Cu) and AA2099-T8E77 (Al-Cu-Li).
Ma et al [5] examined an AA2099 alloy and found that rod like Al-Cu-Mn-Li dispersoids (~1 µm x 200 nm) and spherical Al3Zr dispersoids (25-30 nm diameter) were present.
Analysis of the precipitates present within the matrix, showed that those in alloy 1 were rich in Al-Cu-Mg-Fe-Mn but Al-Mg-Mn-Si particles were also observed.

Williams et al. [5] found that not all materials were etched in all etchants due to time limitations.
The test material, machinable glass ceramics (SiO246/Al.2O316/MgO17/ K2O10/B2O37) was produced by GoodFellow.Inc.
Mimiwaty et al. [13] concluded that temperature was the main effect in their study.

El- Sonbaty et. al, [4] investigated the influence of cutting speed and feed and fiber volume fraction on thrust and cutting force and demonstrated that cutting speed has less effect on thrust in drilling chopped fiber glass reinforced epoxy composites.
Paulo Davim et al. [8] established a correlation between cutting velocity and feed rate with thrust force and damage.
The experiments of Ramulu et al.[10] tried to characterize the effect of feed on the surface finish in drilling Gr/Bi.

Meanwhile, 3-4 year interannual variabilities are dominant while 6-7 years, 14-15 years 40 years oscillation as well as an increasing trend takes second place in the extreme high temperature variation. 3-4 years interannual variabilities of both extreme low and high temperature are closely related to El Nino-Southern Oscillation (ENSO), while interdecadal variabilities and trend of extreme temperature are obviously associated with the Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO).
The Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) is recently developed new method by Huang et al.[2,3] to analyze the non-linear and non-stationary properties of a time series data.
It is notable that the 3~4 years oscillatory mode (IMF1) is closely related to the El Nino-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) [9,10], which is fluctuated with the period of 2~7 years.

El Naggar [6] developed a spring stiffness transfer model to investigate the dynamic torsional and vertical impedance of the composite soil layer.
In light of this, based on Biot’s dynamic consolidation theory [7], Zhang et al. [8] investigated the dynamic torsional impedance of pile embedded in radially inhomogeneous saturated soil.
Torsional Impedance of a Pile By utilizing the solution for shear rigidity of the radially inhomogeneous saturated soil under a time-harmonic torsional loading proposed by Zhang et al.[8], the can be given in an analytical form.
