And a new social contract for science is urgently needed (Lubchenco, 1998:491-497).
And she proposes that the scientific community formulate a new Social Contract for science.
The target is to make efficient and recycling use of resource; The principle is to reduce, reuse and recycle materials; The characteristic is material closed loop; The economic model is in accordance with the operation of material circulation and energy flow systems.
The second feature is science and technology pilot.

Materials and Methods Preparation of Adsorbents.
To evaluate the effect of materials concentration, mixed suspensions of 0.1 g of the materials and variable volumes of dye solution, to a constant concentration, what would give solid/solution quotient (materials concentration) of 10, 5, 2.5, 1 and 0.5 g/L, were prepared.
This is in relation with the solute transfer rate onto the materials surfaces, which decreased with increasing material concentration [10].
This applies to both S and SNHC materials.

The localization of deformation in recrystallizing materials is investigated via a series of two-dimensional grain-scale numerical simulations.
Introduction The localization of deformation in geological materials is a widely studied phenomenon at all scales, from the formation of deformation bands within single grains, up to crustal scale shear zones [1,2,3].
Nevertheless, grain size increase during deformation is commonly observed in materials below their steady state grain size.
The two types of localization demonstrated by this simple system indicate the limitations of applying simple flow laws to natural materials, as even over very short time scales the material is undergoing cyclic deformation behavior.
