The experiment and simulation results indicated that this model could explain the drying process of grain materials well.
Experimental Materials and Method The corn, as a kind of typical grain materials, was the study object of drying simulation in this paper.
As said above, the grain materials included two kinds of different scale pore system at least.
The program generated the pore network physical model based on the structural parameter of grain materials.

The starting materials used are nitrates of the metals or transition metals.
X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the materials are pure.
The problem with LiNi1-xCoxO2 materials is that it is difficult to obtain pure and single phase materials.
H2O, Fluka] were used as starting materials.

It is important to solve these problems for attaining desirable high-k materials.
So, adding La2O3 to Al2O3 or adding Al2O3 to La2O3 is considered the promising material engineering to get high dielectric constant and good thermal stability materials.
Accompanied by this structural phase transition is a change of the band gap, which is important for performance of high-k gate dielectric materials.
Our results provide a guideline how to adjust composition of such composite materials used as comprehensive performance high-k dielectrics.
