Usually, two intermediate phases will form in Al-Mg diffusion couple after annealing.
Two intermediate phases, i.e. β and γ, in Mg-Al couple formed after annealing under different intensity of a strong static magnetic field.
The parabolic rate law is obeyed in the growth of the intermediate phases in Mg-Al couples under the static magnetic field. 2.

Then the environmental impact assessment (EIA) has been legally implemented and made great contribution to the scientific development (Bao el al., 2004).
Chinese EIA experts and officials also gradually recognize that environmental considerations should be integrated into the transport strategy decision-making process at the national, provincial and municipal levels to prevent or mitigate the cumulative and regional/global impacts that are unable to be solved in the project EIA (Bao el al., 2004).
In terms of the literatures on transport SEA in Chinese, more attentions are drawn to the theoretic researches on the procedures, scoping and methodologies (Dai et al., 2004; Zhang et al., 2006; Wu, 2006; Chen, 2009).
The complexities related to transport planning system highlight the need for the SEA methodologies to deal with uncertainties (Zhang et al., 2006; Wu, 2006).

The difficulty in dealing exactly with solutions of stochastically excited nonlinear systems has led to and intensified effort to develop approximate methods, to tackle a broader class of problems than presently possible with the exact analysis. 3) Monte Carlo, this method is the most general method, but the use of partial differential equation and Galerkin’s approach limits its applicability to rather simple structures. 4) Equivalent linearization (EL), this method has been widely applied because of their ability to capture accurately the response statistics over a wide range of response while maintaining a relatively light computational burden.
