Introduction Drawability is one of the important properties in the press forming of steel sheets, and the r-value is a factor in drawability.
The representative mechanical properties of this material are shown in Table 2.
Both type of slip has similar Schmid factor [7].
This result indicates that the coincident of the slip plane at the grain boundary is an important factor in the transmission of internal stress to the next grain, and the high slip plane connectivity at the grain boundary may affect the selection of slip systems.
This specificity in the material affects the selection of the slip system during plastic deformation.

Introduction Zr-based bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) can be candidates for mechanical component applications because of their good forming ability, excellent strength, and better physical and chemical properties comparing with traditional Zr-based crystalline alloys [1, 2].
The thermal properties of the samples were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC, NETZSCH DSC 404C), at a heating rate of 0.33 K/s.
Free volume as defect in amorphous alloys is vital to the properties [12][13], which is affected by annihilation and redistribute at high temperature.
But the calculated enthalpy of relaxation is complex, influenced by many factors such as ramp, annealing temperature and so on.
The influence of factors on activation energy for the oxidation of bulk metallic glasses is complicated and should be further researched.

Results found that all the parameters used in this experiment affect the flow rate in the impedance pump.
The interaction with the inertia of the returning flow is an important factor determining the average flow for a closed loop system [4].
An impedance pump may generate a net flow without using a valve and therefore understanding of its characteristics can also be a major factor in developing the design of novel valveless ventricular assist device (VAD).
Any flow system consisting of relevant vessels of different elastic properties, such as the cardiovascular system, exhibit similar characteristics [6].
Experimental setup consist of four parts namely, measurement equipment, mechanical equipment, tubing connection and fluids equipment.

So all the factors(such as matrix, particles, temperature and etc) that can affect the mico-plastic relaxations may have effects on the dimensional stability.
For this, some studies have been reported that the relationship between matrix, particles and properties of the composites[6-9], for example, the studies investigated that by the method of changing the component in the matrix alloy, such as adding Mg and Si to the aluminum matrix, it is beneficial to enhance the wettability and promote the spontaneous infiltration process and the mechanical properties[8-9].
All the factors that can affect the micro-plastic relaxations may have effects on the dimensional stability.
On the other hand, the formation of solid solution between alloy elements and Al has a certain effect on the lattice parameter, which will affect the macro size change of composite.

Mechanical properties of friction pairs (made by 45# steel) see Tab 1.

This is indicate that during fretting wear test chemical reaction types and degree are different on friction surfaces, so the formed chemical reaction films on friction surfaces are different, this affect the size of friction coefficient and wear volume.
The property of reducing friction and wear, Oiliness additive stearic acid is better than that of stearyl alcohol.
Because of weak acidity, stearyl alcohol is uneasy to ionize, its property of reducing friction and wear is less relatively. 4.

Corrosion degrades the useful properties of materials and structures including strength, appearance and permeability to liquids and gases.
The pretesting included preparing composites and determining their basic physical and mechanical properties, such as: bulk density, absorbability, bending strength and splitting tensile strength.
Preliminary tests were analysed and the sulphur polymer composite having the best properties among the tested composites was selected for further studies.
The composition of the composite is given in Table 1 and its experimentally determined properties are shown in Table 2.
The tests have shown that a proper thickness of the sulphur polymer composite and the type of surrounding corrosion environment are important factors here.

They studied effect the used nano particles on the mechanical, morphological and thermal properties of the epoxy coatings.
The obtained results proved that incorporation of small amounts of nano particles enhanced the mechanical properties of coating.
Incorporation SiO2 recorded better mechanical and thermal properties than that of the others [8].
Allahverdi et al. studied effect of NS addition content on mechanical, morphological and thermal properties of epoxy coating.
Adhesion strength Adhesion is one of the most important factors for determination coating quality [27].

One of the major causes of pipeline failures around the world is the mechanical damages such as dents, gouges, or a combination of both [1,2].
The defects can affect the safety of pipelines, and even depress their service life; may lead to enormous economic costs and jeopardize the surrounding ecological environments.
PRCI proposed an empirical Q factor model to assess the residual strength of pipelines with a groove plus dent defect; while British Gas established a fracture assessment model to deal with the same problem [7].
It was shown in Fig.2 that the properties of crack propagation were similar when the stress ration was 0.1 and 0.5.
For the fatigue crack propagation with non-band mechanism, the fatigue crack propagation coefficient can be estimated by the material’s tensile properties: (3) where E, σf and εf is the elastic modulus, fracture strength and fracture ductility, respectively.

Their results showed that the feed rate and the tool diameter are the most important factors that affect the magnitude of the feed force, while the feed rate and the rotational speed have a significant impact on the roughness of the machined surfaces.
Their experiments showed that exfoliation occurs as a result of drilling, and that exfoliation is influenced by both the drilling conditions and the properties of the test piece materials.
The diameter of the drill bit, d, its rotational speed, n, and the magnitude of feed force, F, were taken as the input factors and eight experimental runs were made, the values of the factors having been planned after a L8 orthogonal array.
The values of the input factors and of the obtained experimental responses are shown in Table 2.

The Finite Element Analysis and Improvement Practice of Shaker Based on ANSYS Song Zhang 1, a, Yanhong Yang 2,b 1 School of material and metallurgy, University of Science and Technology of Liaoning, Anshan 114051, China 2 School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation, University of Science and Technology LiaoNing, Anshan 114051,China azstzd@126.com, banshanyyh@126.com Keywords: Straight line shaker, finite element analysis, exciting force Abstract.
Based on the shaker's performance, the inherent mode of vibration, the natural frequency and other factors were analyzed, an improvement method was proposed.
Table 1 Main Technical Parameters Properties of the Shaker Feed speed /(t·h-1) Hot sinter weight /(t·m-3) Sieve size /(㎜×㎜×㎜) Tilt α /( º) Vibration direction angle β/( º) Amplitude / mm Parameters 530 1.7~1.8 8300×3100×3500 4 40 13.6 According to the theory of mechanics, after two vibrators start and rapidly enter the constant speed synchronization reverse rotation condition, the forces produced by the eccentric part are counter-balanced in the cross section direction, and are synthesized as the exciting force in the longitudinal section direction.
Service Condition under Production After the improvement of shaker, the effect of service condition under production is obvious, the heat sieves continues to maintain high filtration efficiency, and the filtration efficiency is not affected.
