Introduction
Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) is widely used in the field of civil infrastructure as strengthening and rehabilitation materials because of the characteristics of high strength, high stiffness, light-weight, excellent corrosion resistance, ease and speed of installation, etc.
CFRP material adopts UDO CFPR produced by Germany EPO Co.Ltd.

Abstract.
To use synthetic materials as cartilage tissue replacement many different properties of the natural system must be considered.
For these materials porous foams based on natural and synthetic polymers were proposed by different authors.
Title of Publication (to be inserted by the publisher) Materials and Methods In this study we used bovine explants from 24 months old female cows.
All equipment was build using materials commonly applied in medical science and was designed to enable sterile handling.

Materials and methods
1.1 microorganisms and fermentation materials
In the study, the anaerobic fermentation of kitchen waste proceeded by inoculated with mixed activated sludge and fresh cow muck.
The ideal adding acidification material proportion was 1/4 of total fermentation materials , and the process could gradually get acid tolerated methanogens, which was beneficial to the high TS fermentation.
