Moreover, the two materials match well, so Ti3O5 and SiO2 are the initial choice as the materials of high and low refractive index respectively [5].
The main parameters of the materials are shown in Table 1.

In their work on Ti-V-Fe alloy system, Nomura and Akiba have mentioned that ferrovanadium may be used as raw materials instead of pure vanadium [10].
The starting materials were Ti (99.95% purity), V (99% purity), Mn (99% purity) and a FeV commercial alloy (79.88 wt.% V; 16.26 wt.% Fe; 3.74 wt.% Al; 0.09 wt.% Si; 0.03 wt.% Cr).
Thus, even if these materials could not be considered for practical applications we see that the replacement of vanadium by ferrovanadium does not have a large impact on the useful part of the hydrogen capacity.

Materials Green clay, provided by Dolomil (Brazil), was used during the preparation of the organoclays.
The XRD patterns of the materials were obtained on a Shimadzu XRD 6000 equipment, using Copper Kα radiation at 40 KV/30 mA, with a goniometer velocity of 2°/min and a step of 0.02° in the range of 2θ scanning from 2º to 45º.

Usually, projects needed to use stone, sand, gravel, cement and other building materials for slope protection as foreign majority and stone for embankment and geotextiles for dams [1-2].
But if the area relative lack of construction materials such as stone, the pipe-bag riding method is the other way in coastal protection and reclamation engineering [3-7].
Then, the material and damming method become the key problem since there is no rock material in the offshore area, the property of sand such as consolidation, shear strength and seepage must be discussed.
