XRD pattern accords well with the diffraction pattern of Mn2O3 (PDF number: 78-0390).

This illustrates that the soil is more close-grained, and the effects of dynamic compaction to the roadbed is remarkable.

The thickness was directly proportional to number of jets (in this study, the jet number was set to be three), and the multi-jets system with deposition thickness around 250nm, which was 2.5 times higher than that of single jet.

As shown on Figure 4, the grain size of GZO (Fig. 4 (a)) was smaller than that of bilayer GZO/SiOx (in this case, the carrier gas flow rate was set in 30 sccm, the thickness of the SiO2 film was around 30nm, as shown on Fig. 4 (b)) thin films.
The result may be indicate that SiOx buffer layer can improve crystallization of the GZO thin film and reduce the grain boundaries.
