Introduction
Machine tool geometric error, thermal error and the error due to cutting force is key factors which affect the machining accuracy of NC machine tool [1], account for about 80% of the total machining error, due to the automobile cover parts die material is die steel Cr12MoV and 7CrSiMnMoV, such as hardness after quenching can reach HRC50-65, belongs to typical high strength, high hardness materials, so it is easy that cutting force-induced tool deflections cause surface error.
