The use of extruded polystyrene foam in the ISP design eliminates the freezing of soil under the foundation, and a reinforced concrete slab with engineering communications network is in optimal heat and humidity mode, which makes it possible to use this design in harsh climatic regions and with the spread of permafrost.

Introduction With the development of rail transport especially the development and utilization of the marine; the immersed tunnel was applied more and more too practical engineering for its superiority on section selection, depth setting, the adaptability to different geological conditions and the impact on navigation.
