Introduction Researchers have examined nondestructive internal defect detection techniques using electrical characteristics, light interaction, electromagnetic properties, sound, microwave, X-ray, and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) [1].
Avocados, mangos, and durians were used as samples for measuring internal quality factors nondestructively.
This demonstrates that the entire spectrum is influenced by mechanical/motional factors.
The benefit of using a ratio measurement to measure quality factors is that the ratio of the spectral peaks is affected much less than the individual spectral peak magnitudes.
If these three resonance peaks are related to the fruit maturity they can be used as quality factors for an in-line NMR sensors.

Normal vector, tangent plane and curvature are the intrinsic properties of surface.
They are the most useful internal factor in geometry modeling and they vary from point to point in the curves and surfaces[5].
Tool axis vector is one of the most important factors affecting the processing effect. At the same time, it also affects the tools'life and the force of the machine.

The mechanical properties and critical buckling loads of the plates are greatly improved by the surface nanocrystallization technology.
Gabor [3] investigated the dynamic buckling of stiffened plate by using the finite element method and experimental exploration, the factors which affect the dynamic buckling are also discussed.
Chakrabarti [4] studied the sandwich plates under different loading on the edges and revealed the buckling properties through finite element analysis.
The material properties are based on 304SS stainless steel and the elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio and density are defined as 195 GPa, 0.27 and 7960 kg/m3 respectively.
In the anti-buckling design, the plate with vertical stripes is the optimized layout since it shows best anti-buckling properties.

Introduction In fact, fiber Bragg grating makes use of photosensitivity property of optical fiber material to form space phase grating in the center of the fiber.
Fig. 2 Fiber Bragg grating spectral properties The central wavelength of fiber Bragg grating reflection wavelength can be described as (1) Where is the central wavelength of fiber Bragg grating reflection wave, is effective refractive index and is grating period.
The obliquity factor of the sensor is and the precision of the fiber grating interrogator is.
Taking all these factors into consideration, we can calculate the precision of the sensor is.

Grey method of dam failure risk assessment According to the factors affected the dam risk are complicated and the standards for judging are fuzzy, the factors are classified in different types and different layers through the method of risk analysis.
By the principle of selecting factors, correlation theory and criteria, to select the primary factors and sub-factors of the dam’s outburst, and to build the multistage indexes system of the dam-break disaster risk analysis.
Suppose that there are n factors to describe the status of the dam.
Then, we can define a finite set, as an evaluation factors set.
Conclusions The factors affected the dam failure risk are complicated and fuzzy, it is difficult to assess the risk.

Controlling the microstructure depends on how the interdiffusion zone develops, so the formation and subsequent growth of these zones is affected by both thermodynamic and kinetic factors.
Among the many factors affecting the interdiffusion behaviour in a system involving an ordered phase [39-41], the defect chemistry and the thermodynamic driving force play pivotal roles depending on the systems.
However, the properties get modified depending on the amount of alloying element.
