The shrinkage-compensating concrete is a well-adapted solution from the view of current research results and engineering practices [1].
It has replaced the traditional sulphoaluminate expansion agents gradually and dominated the scientific researches and engineering practices [2, 3].

The 15℃, 25℃ and 30℃ penetration, the softening point, the 60℃and 135℃ viscosity and the 5℃ ductility of PS asphalt and SS asphalt were tested in accordance with the current test specification Standard Test Method of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering (JTG 052-2000).
