The double shear unified strength theory for the plane-strain problem
Because Mohr-Coulomb’s strength criterion and other common strength theory couldn’t reflect the effect of intermediate principal stress, YU Maohong constructed the double shear unified strength theory which can consider the intermediate principal stress in 1983, and the formula of the double shear unified strength theory for the soil materials under the plane strain condition can be expressed
as [1].
or (1) where In which,, are respectively the cohesion and internal friction angle of materials: ,,are respectively the first ,the second and the third principal stress: is the parameter of intermediate principal stress.

Introduction
The SiC heteropolytype structures (such as 3C-SiC/4H-SiC, 3C-SiC/6H-SiC, 4H-SiC/6H-SiC, etc.) consisting of chemically identical but structurally different materials [1-2], exhibit many excellent properties.
In table 1, all devices hold high values of GAmax at breakdown state, the values of GAmax of the devices included p-type 3C-SiC are relatively high, which can be attributed to the largest value of GAmax of p-type 3C-SiC among the selected materials [11].

Biomimetic is the study of the structure and function of biological systems as models for the design and engineering of materials and machines [1].
One group of researchers deals with investigating the limitations of the materials like low force generation and shorter life cycle etc. and is putting forward various methods to overcome those shortcomings.
The second group is exploring multiple application fields of the material.
