On the appropriate conditions, organic materials and wastes can be oxidized easily and the COD reduction greater than 99.99% under short residence times.
Many researchers have studied the corrosion behavior of materials and many kinds of materials such as Ni-base alloys, Ti-base alloys, noble metals and ceramics were tested at the subcritical and supercritical water oxidation condition[1].
In this research, the materials were chosen for testing included three alloys Incoloy800, Incoloy825 and dual-phase steel2205.
Experimental Materials.
So, dual-phase steel2205 was the candidate materials for preheating section of SCWO system.

TiO2 sol with narrow particle size distribution using TiCl4 as the starting material.
Introduction Metal oxide particles of less than 100 nm in particle size are considered as ultrafine or nanosized particles that can be used as precursors for the synthesis of new materials.
Because of their specific surface area, high porosity and low density, porous material have been attracting attention and are widely used in electronics, photonics, catalyst, sensors, and life sciences.

Factors affecting the joint strength of brazed joints like external compressive weight, diffusion of filler material into the parent materials, surface roughness of parent materials, surface flatness have been discussed.
Brazing and soldering involves joining of two materials with the help of a third filler material.
The filler materials flow through capillary action.
Another important criterion for successful brazing is wetting of base materials by filler material.
Flow of filler materials is assisted by low angle of contact.

Mixing various materials to adjust the ratio of carbon to nitrogen (C/N) of the fermentation raw materials so as to enhance the gas production performance has become a research hotspot and an important development direction of anaerobic fermentation technology, as a result of extensive sources of the raw materials for anaerobic fermentation[3~6].
Materials and methods Materials and pretreatment.
In this study, ratio of the raw materials was the main factor influencing anaerobic fermentation process, as the initial TS load, type and amount of inoculum, pretreatment of raw materials were all the same in the five treatments.

This worktherefore seeks to developcheap, efficient and sustainable porous ceramic bodies (filters) from alumino-silicates (Al oxides) based materials for the potential adsorption of fluoride ions from contaminated water bodies in the Bongo district of Ghana to levels accepted by WHO standards [13,14].
Materials &Methods Raw Materials and Preparation The porous media (filter) used for this investigation was based on aluminosilicates and includes Anfoega clay deposits in Anfoega- Volta region of Ghana, Kibi Kaolin deposits in Kibi- Eastern region of Ghana.
We then sized the ground samples using a sieve stack of:500µm, 355µm, 90µm and 63µm.Saw dust was used for the formation of pores in the aluminosilicates materials (Anfoega clay, Kibi Kaolin and Laterite as well as Termataria Earth).
