On the basis of all data acquired and investigations performed, a simple (non invasive) structural retrofit solution capable of bringing the "Palazzo" to the level of structural safety required by current codes is identified.
This catalogue accounts, independently of the intensity (Io) and the surface-wave magnitude (M), only for the largest event within time-space frames of +/- 90 days and radius of 30 km of each seismic event; - the ZS9 seismic subdivision for the Italian territory (2004) which refers to 40 area source zones; - the "completeness analysis" proposed by Mulargia, Gasperini and Tinti (Mulargia Gasperini and Tinti 1987) to filter the historical data; - the PGA attenuation law by Sabetta and Pugliese (Casciato and Poretti 2002, Cornell 1968) specifically developed for the Italian territory, which provides the values of the PGA', together with the values of the standard error SElog10PGA.
All analysis developed indicate that the insertion of two viscous dampers per floor for each direction (each one characterized by a damping coefficient c = 40 t s/cm) lead to a reduction of the seismic response of the historical building (with respect to the undamped solution) of about ½ for the SPD solution.
On the other hand the more efficient MPD solution leads to a reduction of the seismic response of the historical building to ¼ of that of the building without the insertion of any devices.

The modelling and simulation of HRES are implemented by using PVsyst.7 energy tools in conjunction with the meteorological data made available by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
The solar resource profile of the selected location was formulated based on the data set obtained from NASA [44].
The maximum power can be obtained from the PV system provided the panel is correctly positioned at an appropriate tilt based on the geographical location and meteorological data.
The analysis of HRES can be carried out by utilizing detailed hourly simulations based on the geographical location of the site and meteorological hourly data set.
The technical, economic and environmental feasibility analysis of HRES is carried out on the basis of meteorological data, technical specifications and load demand based on the case studies presented in Table 2.

This paper presents a layered error resilient scheme for Set Partitioning in Hierarchical Trees (SPIHT) coding which incorporates the Multiple Description Coding (MDC) into the data partition.
Mohr [3] presented the Unequal Loss Protection (ULP) framework to protect progressive data.
The state of art hybrid technique was proposed in [4], which formed an ULP framework by combining the PZW method with permuted systematic Reed-Solomon to ensure that all received data was decodable.
Yang [8] incorporated the data partitioning and multiple description coding into the SPIHT encoding pass and implemented sophisticated interpolation techniques at the decoder.
Shih-Hsuan Yang et al. [8] proposed a simple and robust scheme for SPIHT with variable-size packetization, which incorporated the data partitioning and multiple descriptions coding into the SPIHT encoding pass.

Experimental results showed the adsorption data fit pseudo-second order model well.
Three common sorption isotherm models, including the Langmuir, Freundlich, and Dubinin–Radushkevich (D-R) models, were employed to fit the isotherm data.
Fig.1 Adsorption data with time Fig.2 Effect of CNT mass Fig.3 Effect of HA concentration pH.
The experimental data were fitted to the D-R model, as shown in Table 1.
The adsorption is physical nature and an endothermic process and isotherm data can be well described by Langmuir, Freundlich, and Dubinin-Radushkevich (D-R) models.

Using the data of years 1975-2000, Liu Lancui applied STIRPAT model to analyze the influence of the population, real per capita GDP, energy intensity, the urbanization level, and the proportion of total population who were aged between 15 to 64 in countries with different incomes on carbon dioxide emissions[9].
In 2009, the value of energy consumption of each urban resident was 330 kilograms of standard coal, which was 1.8 times of 185 kilograms of standard coal consumed by rural residents(data source: China Statistical Yearbook 2010).
In this paper, the model uses the time series data from 1980 to 2009 and Model variables are as Table 1 shows.

Data collection was performed by step scanning over the angular range in steps, with 3 sec per step.
With this input data the accuracy of the self-consistent total energy calculations was ~10-4 Ry.
For non-cubic structures (TiAl, TiN and AlN in wurtzite structure) the volume optimization was performed with the fixed c/a ratio taken from experimental data.
