To create electrical conductor ceramic CNT (Department of Applied and Environmental Chemistry of the University of Szeged) [7], and carbon-black (Taurus N330) were milled together with the ceramic powder in a planetary type alumina ball mill in ethanol.
The structure examinations were made on LEO 1540 XB SEM.
Porous structures are revealed in each case, meaning that carbon parts from the structure could burnt out.

Consequently, internal stresses from the growth of gel (expansion) induce microcracks in concrete, which accordingly destroys the whole structure.
Hydrotalcite has a fibrous structure, which is filled with the original dolomite grain.
Fig.5 Morphology of hydrotalcite at high magnification Conclusion With BSE-EDS, different type of AAR reaction can be easily diagnosed: ASR reaction is characterised to crack across the aggregate and gel with different Ca/Si ratio is formed; albite reaction (ACR reaction) leads to a lamellar structure; and dedolomitization (ACR reaction) is characterized by an almost empty aggregate ring filled with low density and high porosity products-formation of hydrotalcite.

Li [7] studied the infrared spectra and infrared radiation characteristics of tourmaline, and found that the high IR ratio of tourmaline was due to the infrared activity of vibration in its crystal structure and the IR ratio of tourmaline had some relationship with heat treatment temperature.
Crystal structure of the samples was performed on a D/MAX2500PC X-ray diffraction with Cu Kα radiation and scanning velocity of 2°/min in the ring of 10~80°.
The dependence of the far infrared radiance of tourmaline of the composition, calcinations temperature, and crystal structure of the material was systematically investigated.

If metal nanoparticles were designed to be deposited on BaTiO3 by chemical bond, it was satisfied that the metals should have the same lattice structures and nearly lattice constants with BaTiO3.
BaTiO3 was the face-centered cubic structure at room temperature, and lattice constant of which was 397.67 pm.
X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to study the crystal structure of the synthesized BT-Cu nanoparticles.

Introduction A lot of efforts have been made in the recent years to investigate alternative gate oxides on Si in order to meet the semiconductor industry's demand for smaller structures and reduction in the size, weight, and cost of power conditioning and thermal systems.
Annealed Al2O3-SiC MOS structures show a significantly improved electric behaviour with good capacitance voltage characteristics and a rather low interface state density [4,5].
However, the structures at the surface appear to be larger for the samples annealed at T≥900°C.

Synthesis and Properties of a New Photochromic Material Based on Isoxazole Unit for Optical Storage Recording Taofeng Wang, Yanhua Yang, Shiqiang Cui, Gang Liu* Jiangxi Key Laboratory of Organic Chemistry, Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, Nanchang 330013, P.
Scheme 1 showed the molecular structure and photoisomerization of photochromic diarylethene, which was discussed in this paper.
The structures of diarylethene 1a were confirmed by NMR spectra were recorded on Bruker AV400 (400 MHz) spectrometer with CDCl3 as the solvent and tetramethylsilane as an internal standard. 5 mg diarylethene sample and 50 mg PMMA were dissolved ultrasonically into 0.5 ml chloroform.
The structure of 1a was characterized by 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3, TMS): d 2.09 (t, 1H, -OH), 2.31 (s, 3H, -CH3), 2.35 (s, 3H, -CH3), 4.79 (d, 2H, J = 8.0 Hz, -CH2), 6.48 (s, 1H, thiophene-H); 13C NMR (100 MHz, CDCl3, TMS): δ 9.09, 11.12, 12.03, 60.23, 101.89, 103.80, 111.70, 118.29, 124.40, 126.65, 127.61, 134.95, 136.43, 158.08, 172.24.

Lignin is a natural polymer with a three-dimensional structure, and the basic structural unit is phenylpropane with phenolic hydroxyl groups [2].
Epoxy resin is a thermosetting resin, could be used in modification of asphalt due to its incorporation to form a network structure leaving bitumen solidification, resulting in performance far superior to the products of other asphalt modifier [6-8].
Chemical structure of the EHL epoxy resin prepared in this study is given in Fig.1.

Through experiments, they found that these polymer-containing rhenium complexes in solution can form micelles structure of different size.
Nano structure rhenium complexes can be used as a light-sensitive probe.
As the same time, they also predict through the design and improvement of chemical and photophysical properties of block copolymer chains, this nano-structured materials can be used as a model to study energy transfer process and photoinduced electron transfer process.

Boron nitride of hexagonal close-packed structure—BN(h) shows excellent electrical insulation, thermal conductivity, and is also of interest as a solid lubricant; the electroless Ni-P-BN(h) composites have been recently reported [12-13], published data showed that Ni-P/BN(h) composites exhibits the smallest wear factor of 1.28×10-6 mm3(Nm)-1 and friction coefficient of 0.24 When volumetric percentage of BN(h) is approximately 35%.
The composite coating as- deposited is an amorphous structure, the peak of corresponding to presence of BN(h) in the coatings are clearly visible. after heat-treated at temperature of 400℃ 80 min, the composite coating was crystallized completely by precipitating Ni3P phases.
Both the friction coefficient and wear rate of Ni-P/BN(h) composite have lower values than those corresponding to Ni-P coating, due to the fact that Boron nitride is a hexagonal close-packed structure, A-B planes are bonded only by Van der Waals forces and can easily slide against each other, leading to a low friction and exhibiting self-lubrication.
