With the rapid development of computer technology and computational fluid dynamics,it makes possible to analyse internal flow in the pump with numerical simulation method.Gang Zheng,Chun-lin Wang and Guo-wen Tian have analyzed the relationship between thread parameters and pump performance qualitatively [4,5,6].Run-mei Ma and Kui-sheng Wang simulated the internal flow in LSP based on the SST k-ε model,put forward the pumping mechanisim,presented the relationship between pumping performance and thread lead,tooth angle and cooperate clearance,and proposed that the fundamental motive force to promote energy transfer and conversion between rotor flow and stator flow is turbulent tangential force in cooperate clearance[8,9].LSP,as a type of continuous booster equipment, the pumping performance of which is determined by the rotor and stator structure.Pump lift head is increasing with the labyrinth screw body length within a certain range,and out the range lift head increasing rate is decreased.So
