Strength and Influencing Factors Anti-shear strength of different joint clearance.
It can change the microscopic constitution of brazed joints fundamentally; therefore it also can change their mechanical property.
The precipitate within the brazing filler metal has effect on the dislocation movement and grain growth as well as the mechanical property of brazed joints.
For the microstructure of brazed joints affects its mechanical properties, the intermetallic compounds should be restrained.
Conclusion (1) While the solder paste 08 steel was brazed by pure copper, the solid solution interface area organizations have good strength and plasticity which can utilize fully the mechanical properties of 08 steel.

The aim of the work is to establish the regularities of the formation of the structure of aerated concrete based on liquid glass and unsorted breakage of technical glass, depending on its dispersion and granulometric composition. 2 Materials and Methods The research was carried out by using the systemic-structural approach: composition - structure - properties.
It considered both the chemical processes occurring during the hardening of the system, and physical factors affecting the micro- and macrostructure of aerated concrete.
Among these factors, it is necessary to highlight the dispersion of unsorted breakage of technical glass, on which the technical characteristics of aerated concrete depend.
Influence of liquid glass density on the properties of aerated concrete.
Dependence of the reaction and foaming ability of compositions organic and inorganic porous steam generators of cellular heat-insulating construction glass material from their ratio and properties.

The properties of the FGM and the composites including microstructural, physical and mechanical were assessed.
Furthermore, the literature on Al2O3-Ti FGM has been focused on the feasibility of manufacturing and evaluation of mechanical properties.
Osteogenic factors (ascorbic acid, and 50µg/ml, β-glycerophosphate, 10mM) (Sigma-Aldrich, US) was added after 72h.

The effect of sol concentration on the properties of the thin films is discussed.
Unfortunately, there are numerous factors that affect the properties of sol-gel based ZnO films.
All these factors have a distinct effect on the films microstructure.
The structural properties were characterised using an X-ray diffractometer (Bruker AXS D8 Advance with CuKα radiation) for surface morphology and crystallinity properties, respectively.

The issue of varied performance stems from a lack of understanding of CRMA and how the addition of crumb rubber influences the mechanical behavior of crumb rubber-asphalt binder mixtures.
The change in the elastic range with different loading frequencies could affect this performance significantly and would offer further insight into the behavior of CRMA.
This indicates that as a material, CRMA is fundamentally less susceptible to variations in its mechanical properties than conventional asphalt mixtures.

Ceramic materials, such as WC-Co coating, have been paid more attention for its superior properties of high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high hardness [1, 3].
The presence of Cl- could affect the corrosion resistance of the WC-Co coating [7].
Atmosphere and temperature could affect the wear behavior of the WC-Co coating [8].
The corrosion is the controlling factor for the coating to peel off rather than the effect of mechanical loads.
The residual sand would affect the bonding strength of coatings.

Several factors will influence the final surface roughness in an end milling operations such as controllable factors (spindle speed, feed rate and depth of cut) and uncontrollable factors (tool geometry and material properties of both cutting tool and workpiece).
End milling cutter used In general, when a wave propagating in a structure encounters a change in the geometry and/or the material properties, the wave is split into two components; a propagating component and a reflected component.
Cutting conditions in coded factors and the surface roughness values obtained are implemented.

In the study, thermal efficiency in MIG welding of aluminum alloy with longitudinal magnetic field was analyzed, as well as softening behavior of heat-affected zone (HAZ) and base metal were investigated.
The applications of electromagnetic field in welding is a new developed technology in recent years, by which the welding arc shape, melting droplet transition and crystallization process of liquid metal in the molten pool are influenced through additional magnetic field, accordingly refining weld crystal organization and improving mechanical properties [2].
DuPont had demonstrated that melting efficiency can be predicted from the welding parameters and material properties by the equation 5 [9]
