Abstract.Sound insulation encasing is an effective device for noise reduction.
The original noise test For the effective management of pumping unit motor noise pollution, the first of its workshop of the raw data measurement, noise measurement with GB 12349-1990 factory boundary noise measurement method set,measuring device: Denmark B&K 2238 mediator noise spectrum analyzer;measurement of content.For steady state noise, measurement of 1min within the equivalent noise,noise for periodic noise, measurement of 1 cycles within the equivalent sound level, when the noise level distribution obviously segmented, according to different levels of measurement is simplified, and according to the different period of time to calculate the equivalent sound level, the noise is unsteady periodic noise, measurement of the normal working time equivalent sound level,the measurement time: at the DUT's normal working hours,the arrangement of measuring points,at a distance from the noise sensitivity of recent point arrangement of measuring points, spaced points between sound level difference
For sound insulation cover shell shape design optimization, in order to prevent the air inside the cover of acoustic standing wave effect; at the same time in the shield wall between the fan and have a certain space, avoid coupling resonance, so that the sound insulation quantity curve trough.In order to avoid acoustic bridge appears, make noise reduction in sound insulation cover, and motor and base for vibration isolation, to prevent solid sound.
According to the fan noise spectrum and noise reduction requirements, determine the level of sound insulation and sound insulation cover for the band sound insulation quantity.Table 2 lists the fan sound insulation cover band sound insulation quantity.
By setting the sound insulation cover, sound insulation and sound absorption body to realize the engine room noise pollution comprehensive control field noise reduction facilities, the noise value are up to standard.

A simple and robust methodology is presented to identify damages in a structure using changes in vibration data.
Damage assessment is carried out using both noise free and noisy data.
However, for noisy data, better results are obtained using TFMAC data as less numbers of false predictions are observed for this case.
Although for noise free vibration data, the results obtained for natural frequency based method is comparable with TFMAC; it fails to detect the damage at element 2 when noisy data is used.

ABSTRACT
The trirutile oxides MTa2O6 (M=Co,Ni,Mg) [MTs] and the substitution products M1-xNxTa2-yLyO6
(N=Mn, L=Sn,Ti,Zr) [M1-xNxTa2-yLy] were prepared by a conventional solid-state reaction.
The oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) activities were evaluated with the onset potentials (Eon) of the ORR currents, the disk current densities (iD) and the efficiencies (Eff4) of 4-electron reduction, measured by a rotating ring-disk electrode (RRDE) technique.
Platinum has been continuously and commonly used as the cathode catalyst for their practical use because of the excellent activity toward oxygen reduction and the long-term stability.
The lattice parameters were determined through the XRD pattern-processing program JADE 5.0 (Materials Data Inc.).
The efficiency (Eff4) of 4-electron reduction of oxygen can be calculated by the following equation: Eff4 = 100 × (iD − iR / �) / (iD + iR / �), where iD and iR are disk and ring currents, respectively, � (=0.372) is the collection efficiency estimated from the geometrical areas of the ring and disk electrodes.

The recrystallization textures for polycrystalline copper rolled to low and high reductions were predicted in agreement with experimental results.
The used algorithm is a convenient method of function interpolation for irregularly scattered data, which is precisely the case, since we dispose of five stored energy values estimated independently for five ideal orientations (and equivalent ones given by the crystal and sample symmetries).
Stored energy values estimated from X-ray measurements for ideal orientations in copper rolled to 70% and 90% reduction [5].

In the present
work, the orientation-dependent stored energy inside of the deformed IF steels was evaluated by dislocation
structure reconstructed from EBSD data.
After reconstructing the subgrain structure from EBSD data, the subgrain size and misorientation can be determined.
In order to make a clear of subgrain structure, smoothing technique is necessary in the processing of EBSD data.

Introduction In order to explore the method of improving phosphorous and nitrogen removal in sludge reduction technologies[1], an advanced process combining excess sludge reduction and phosphorous and nitrogen removal is developed, for short, HA-A/A-MCO process (Hydrolysis-Acidogenosis- Anaerobic/Anoxic- Multistep Continuous Oxic tank), which realizes phosphorous removal through hydrolysis acidification of raw sewage and phosphorus-release sludge improving phosphorus-release level and through eliminating anaerobic phosphorous accumulating sewage.
The researching results show that this process has better performance of simultaneous sludge reduction and phosphorous and nitrogen removal.
HA-A/A-MCO is an advanced sludge reduction process which is developed by our research group, whose flow path is shown in Fig.1.

According to the information of water quality, hydrology data and the discharge distribution of the river, we chose COD, ammonia nitrogen and volatile phenol as the main control factors, and some formulas were used to calculate the water environmental capacity of COD, ammonia nitrogen and volatile phenol.
According to monitoring data of water quality, among pollutants discharged into the river, the proportion of COD, NH3-N and volatile phenol is relatively larger, so we select them as evaluation factors of the water environmental capacity, the limit value of water environmental quality standards as Table Ⅱ{TTP}8545 .
According to comparison with data of Fenhe River, the results are relatively reasonable.

Bimetal plates Al99.8-M1E were rolled with relative rolling reduction e = 10%, 15% and 20%.
The microscope is connected to the computer on which is installed the NIS-Elements software for data acquisition and analysis.
The range of possible magnifications, along with fully automatic table provides not only to collect data from one area.
There was however observed, that the connection area after rolling shows a reduction of waviness.
