Emulsion is a rapid development over the past decade and have been utility of the new adhesive, with no formaldehyde pollution, water resistance and excellent aging resistance, and adaptability to be glued materials, etc., widely used in wood glue and secondary processing Therefore, great attention by the timber industry, competing for exploitation.
Miniemulsion polymerization can not be compared with the advantages of conventional[1], Therefore, polymer and materials science has become a hot research field, in the preparation of the special structure of polymers (such as the core - shell particles, polymer nanoparticles, polymer interpenetrating network structure, etc.) and stable polymer dispersions have Very broad application prospects. 1 Preparation of miniemulsion Miniemulsion preparation usually consists of three steps: pre-emulsion, emulsion and fine emulsion.
Its special application of miniemulsion polymerization caused widespread concern[13], Especially in the last few years, the basic theory of the fine emulsion (such as preparation methods, stability, nucleation control, dynamics, etc.) and applications have made significant progress, but there are still some fundamental issues need further research, such as homogenization Conditions and emulsifiers and stabilizers help to fine emulsion droplet size and distribution of no quantitative predictions; The miniemulsion polymerization can not be achieved with conventional advantages, has become the preparation of the special structure of polymers and polymer dispersions of the new method, polymer and materials science research focus.

There are in general two ways of improving the corrosion resistance of the steels. One way is to use Ni,Cr alloy etc, having better corrosion resistance to supplanted classes of engineering materials. However, the high cost of the mental prohibits its widespread use[1] .The other is to enhance the surface properties of the steels. Most steel failures due to corrosion are known to be initiated at the surface. The advantage to the coatings is that the substrate can be optimized for properties.Different types of coatings have found different engineering application.Ti based hard coatings(TiN,TiC,Ti(CN)) obtained by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) are attractive materials due to its high hardness, good wear resistance, chemical stability [2] .

So we should cultivate biofilm in the filter material and make sure there are both nitrite bacteria and nitrate bacteria.
First is filter material modification, for example change the filter material to two or three layers to improve the filtering speed, use new type of high efficient filter material and so on.
