Numerous superhydrophobic materials have been developed in recent years by synthesis and formulate new materials that can reducing the surface free energy and roughening the surface [5].
This paper describes an innovative synthesis process for producing superhydrophobic surface coating by low-cost materials which is coconut oil as organic eco-resin.

All the samples appeared an obvious weight loss steps under 140℃, it may be resulting from the water absorbed by material was take off; with temperature was raised to be about 380 ℃, it appeared an obvious weight loss step which lasted until 900 ℃, the weightlessness rate of activated carbon was the biggest.
