Abstract.
However, a concern with the applications of composite laminates in real service situation is the reliability of composite laminate structures due to the scattered properties of composite materials, the random variation of loads [[] Frangopol DM, Recek S: Probabilistic Engineering Mechanics Vol. 18 (2003) , p. 119-137 ,[] Kam TX, Chang ES: Composite Slruchues Vol. 38 (1997), p. 441-452 ] and etc.
We proposed a RSM based on moving Kriging interpolation, which approximates the actual limit state function through a number of deterministic structural analyses, in this study, conducted by Ansys APDL batch mode, and then evaluates the failure probability by the first order reliability method coded in Matlab with the substitute response surface, which given as (4) where ,, is a correlation vector, is a vector of basis functions, more details can refer to Ref. [[] Zhao W, Liu JK, Li XY, Yang QW, Chen YY: CMES: Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences Vol. 93 (2013), p. 469-488 ].

Abstract.
Then the engineers from all over the world gradually found the advantages of steel box girder, steel box girder widely used in domestic bridge construction [7].
Conclusions In practical engineering, orthotropic steel bridge deck has been getting more and more widely practical application.
The research conclusions can be used as reference for other engineering designs.
