Nano-ceramic materials and composite nano-sized solid materials in mechanical industries have a broad application prospect.
It is suitable for manufacturing micro-mechanical components by using a variety of metals and non-metallic materials.
One is the theory of micro-mechanism, the other is the material science of micro-mechanism, and another is the nano tribology [13].
The major research works on the material science of micro-mechanism are listed as follows: (1) Research on the materials of micro-structure and its physical properties; (2) Study on the mechanical analysis and the failure laws of micro-mechanical structure.

And its mechanism is researched carefully using high velocity camera.When fixing excitation frequency or excitation current, arc motion behavior, droplet transfer, wire melting coefficient and properties of welding materials are researched.
Nevertheless, wire is cold cathode materials, and cathode drop is much higher than anode.
The properties in welded seam were approach to original materials.

About a decade or so since the first work of modification made on the electrical properties of conjugated materials, the band gap has become one of the important tuneable electronic properties.
From these results, it might be reasonable to suggest that a ground state interaction is taking place between the two materials where MCMB, as an electron-donating material is affecting the interchain interaction, that is, by increasing the effective π-conjugation length of the MEH-PPV main chain thus slightly lowering the band gap.
