The experimental data indicated that, compared with the linear one, the hyperbranched HPU aqueous dispersions exhibited lower viscosity, and larger particle size.
The data show that at low temperature the intrinsic viscosities of all the HBPEs are almost not alterant Whereas, with the increasing of temperature, the intrinsic viscosity decreased sharply, resulting from the out-stretching of the branched chains of HBPE after absorbing heat. 3.2.
The data in Table 1 shows that the particle size for all the HPU aqueous dispersions is larger than that of the neat PU aqueous dispersion.
The data in Table 1 shows that all the HPU aqueous dispersions have the similar viscosity as neat PU, resulting from the highly branched sphere-like structures of hyperbranched HPUs, as there is little entanglement among the HPU molecular chains.
It can be presumed that the reduction of viscosity with increasing HBPE-3 content was due to the decreasing intermolecular entangling in the system.

The coding process allows reducing the number of data which are being processed during design similarity evaluation, but on the other hand in some cases it could cause information loss.

Depending on the potential application area the product design shape information reduction could be treated in the two ways as a drawback or merit.
If the main purpose of the spatial matrix application is design similarity evaluation the product design shape information reduction is a merit.

Displacement control at strain amplitude of 0.6% in fully reversed manner with strain rate of 1.0×10-3 s-1 was applied in order to get the same strain range as that for the experimental data.
It was found that the simulated results both at the initial stage and the stable stage agree with the experimental data very well.

Tests carried out on 5xxx and 6xxx alloys to evaluate the stress-strain relations show that a generalized Voce law gives a good quantitative fit for the data.
ii) for high temperature plate processing, quantitative flow stress data can be obtained up to 500°C with a rapid quench using a hot channel-die set-up.
It is demonstrated here that the channel die equipment can be used to obtain stress-strain data on both laminated samples of thin Al-alloy sheets and thick monobloc samples to simulate hot rolling.
The thickness of the glue layer between two adjacent sheets is less than 10 µm so the area reduction due to the glue layer is below 1 per cent.
A comparison of some hot uniaxial and plane strain compression tests on AA 3103 has also been described in [4] and confirms the accuracy of the stress-strain output data up to strains of 1.5.

They reported only pressure drop data and no attempt have been made on studied amplitude and wavelength impact on friction factor.
There are no analytical and experimental datas available to compare the results obtained from the simulations and thus we can only check that the results converge towards a constant value when reducing mesh size.
From the Figures 9 and 10, it is seen that there is an enhancement is heat transfer by 35-70% and reduction in pressure drop by 20-75% approximately.
It is clearly evident that for a given Reynolds number, one can obtain approximately 30% increase in average heat transfer at higher amplitude of 20% and have average reduction in pressure drop between 50-60%.
Amplitudes varying from 2.5 to 7.5 only exhibit an increase between 0.1-5% in heat transfer and 1-15% reduction in pressure drop which is not significant compared to high amplitudes.

Glass fiber reinforced polymers (GFRPs) are becoming increasingly important in aerospace, construction, and automotive industries due to their potential for weight reduction, high strength, and excellent fatigue resistance.
Obtaining reliable data on the high strain-rate effects on composites has been a challenge, primarily due to the complexities involved in conducting dynamic impact tests on these materials.
Extensive literature data on GFRP guided this simulation.
This strain rate continues to rise until it reaches a peak, at which point the material gradually exhibits a reduction in strain rate over time.
