So far, zirconia-toughened ceramics are replacing alumina because of their outstanding mechanical properties leading to high reliability in ceramic components.
A non-exhaustive synthesis of the present applications of bioinert ceramics in medical devices and of their mechanical properties are is illustrated in the following Tables 1 and 2.
The metastability of the tetragonal phase is the key of the interesting mechanical properties of zirconia, but is also the origin of its main drawback, e.g. the spontaneous transformation of the metastable tetragonal phase into monoclinic [19].

The established equation shows that the blasting pressure was the main factor influencing the material removal and surface roughness.
The demand has been increasing for the development of micromachining technologies for these difficult-to-machine materials due to their properties.
Using conventional machining technologies has been difficult because of excessive heat in the affected zone, and mechanical machining methods such as ultrasonic machining, grinding and polishing have limitations in accuracy and productivity.
Powder blasting, due to its high productivity and thin heat-affected layers caused by material removal, is considered as an attractive and effective method for machining hard and brittle materials [4-8].

The aim of the present work is to develop and to apply on technological equipment geocement based thermal insulating materials with specified thermo physical and physic mechanical properties.
Physic mechanical properties were determined for the bar-type specimens, after subjecting them to thermal curing at 373 K for 24 h.
This significantly affects the product's cost obtained by such equipment.
In Table 2, the physic mechanical properties of the materials developed are presented.

The Crack of Crankshaft Due to the alternative impulsion load, mechanical fatigue or human misuse factor, cracks will be present on the surface of crankshaft.
In this study, the stress intensity factors are applied and two new finite elements with °45 slant surface crack are developed.

One of the factors that affect the accuracy of positioning of industrial robots is their design concept (kinematic structure).
Other factors limiting the wider application of robotic machining are complexity programming and unsatisfactory stiffness.
When designing robotic workstations for handling of material, material properties are the most important factor.
The reasons of this are mainly two factors.

This result is affected by the dissimilarity on the volume to surface area.
These conditions are caused by several factors such as environment, heredity, human growth & development, and pathological condition [1].

Selecting suitablely the shrink range between two rings can effectively decrease stress and factor of stress concentration, and increase anti-fatigue strength of stuffing box.
The Fig.3b describes mechanical model of thick-walled tune.
Surface of test points should be polished by electrolysis to required depth because residual stress test required removing processing stress on the stuffing box. 3.1.2 Residual stress test scheme In order to determine the residual stress on the surface of stuffing box affected by interference structure and process, the measurement procedure can be summarized as follows: (1) Total residual stresses of the stuffing box as a combined tune were examined, mainly caused by interference structure and other factors; (2) Residual stresses were measured again, excluding influence of interference structure after two rings were separated in freedom.

Obviously, such a large difference would lead to inhomogeneous mechanical properties, dislocation block, and stress concentration.
