Abstract.
Introduction To achieve very thin chip and machined surface of high quality, studies on the minimum thickness of cut have received increasing attention, such as its influent factors and processing method.
Although single crystal diamond machining can achieve the minimum thickness of cut, a full comparative study of the sensitivity of the minimum thickness of cut to various experimental factors has not yet been done[4-5].
Different phases during cutting process determine different frictional properties, thus result in the difference of friction coefficients.
Tests are firstly performed on brass over a 4μm track by applied lamped loads at a constant rate of 25μN /sto the maximum load of 500μN, to investigate how the friction coefficients affect on the minimum thickness of cut during ploughing process .

These cathode materials exhibit excellent properties for ionic and electronic conductions as well as the oxygen catalytic activity below 800 °C [1-3].
For anode-supported SOFC, the factors to evaluate cell performance in terms of electrode microstructure include electrode thickness, porosity, tortuosity, pore size distribution, electrical conductivity, triple phase boundary (TPB) length, and mechanical strength.
It is difficult to obtain the real data directly via experimental approaches for some factors mentioned above.
Conclusion The anode porosity plays a crucial role affecting the performance behavior of SOFC.
An anode substrate with the suitable thickness and sufficient porosity to achieve a required mechanical strength and the target of high cell performance is the critical issue for the SOFC development.

Abstract: Stress path is one of the very important factors of soil strength.
On one hand, stress-strain property of soil is characterized by being nonlinear; on the other hand, the soil’s stress-strain and strength properties are much influenced by the stress level, stress path and stress history.
Many scholars have conducted researches in terms of soil’s properties under different stress paths and achieved some results[1,2,3,4].
Therefore, in order to study the actual strength and deformation properties of soil bodies under some complex stress paths, it is of important practical significance to find a simple, feasible and low-cost method for the stress path tests.
Research on Influence of Stress Path on Mechanical Properties of Saturated Sand.

In general, pipe jacking technology can reduce the amount of excavation for the deeply-buried pipes in terms of economic factors, therefore, it is feasible, but it is more economical to take the laying and excavation for small depth of pipes.
· Lack of further research on the soil disturbance caused by shallow pipe jacking construction as well as the disturbed soil properties.
Pipe section joint is an important factor in the construction of pipe jacking.
The strength and size of the washer are major factors in the construction control.

And the extraction process is affected by many factors, such as thiocyanate concentration, oxidant concentration, liquid-solid ratio, temperature, and reaction time, especially pH and the category of oxidants, which can be chosen properly to make the method extensively applied in industrialization.
Introduction As we all known, precious metals are served as a main part in our all sorts of lives since ancient times, especially gold which is highly valued for its special physicochemical properties.
And as is known to all, just as the table 1 shown, the extraction process is affected by many factors, such as thiocyanate concentration, oxidant concentration and category, liquid-solid ratio, temperature, reaction time and pH [7-8,21-25].
Among them, thiocyanate concentration and oxidant concentration are the main influence factor through orthogonal experiment.
However, slightly affect was presented for the reaction temperature and thiocyanate concentration.

Corrosion control and structural rehabilitation are critical factors of maintenance
depots, especially in weapon systems that have been exposed to corrosive elements and severe
operating conditions for extended periods.
It means "modifying the surface" of a material or component to change the surface properties which are different from the integrity properties.
Nano coating on mechanical structures has special capabilities to deal with external effect of force, heat, electricity, light, sound or magnetism etc due to special properties of nano particles and improves equipment's capabilities to protect the surface from being damaged.
The thermal spraying coating has properties of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and heat insulation.
Electronic equipment is easily affected by contaminants.

Influence of alien wheel forgings quality factors are process selection and the rationality of the mould design [1].
The alien wheel quality demand is higher, using conventional mechanical machining forming cannot meet the requirements of the intensity, so want to be forged forming.
Die material brand AISI-H-13, surface hardness is set to HRC55, using Archard wear model predicted in forming process of mould, its expression amount of wear for: (1) Where: W is wear depth, P is in the mold on the surface of the positive pressure, v is sliding speed, a, b and c for standard constants, for steel speaking, a, b taking 1 , c taking 2, K is for material properties related constant 2e-5, H for mould initial hardness HRC=55.
(2) Where: m is shear friction factor, taking 0.3, k is shear yield strength.
Mould surface temperature increases there will make its surface hardness is declining, intensity decreased, thus affecting the service life of die, predicting mould surface temperature gradient in mould surface treatment will provide theoretical guidance.

Abstract: The content of stabilizer in gas chromatography to detect the stabilizer content in different aging time of the propellant GLQ, and the analysis of testing and statistical data of the measured experimental data.
Propellant physicochemical properties test of stabilizer measurement results can be used to evaluate the propellant storage stability basis.
Because of the increase of various performance parameters we consider σ with storage time, the detection value change will be more and more small, so fluctuation the range. 3.2 Statistical test data According to the statistics related knowledge, statistical test data with the F test, When H0 holds, the ratio : So in the test level of α, if F>F1-α (p-1, n-p)[9],reject the null hypothesis, that has a significant impact factors of A.
Or to accept the null hypothesis, that there was no significant factors affecting A.

The new grinding wheel was compared with conventional grinding wheels by comparing the factors of grinding performance, such as surface roughness, morphology, wheel wear ratio, grinding temperature, and grinding forces, when the wheels were used under two different coolant strategies—dry and with minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) using pure water.
Before machining, the test materials were premachined with a 1 mm cut to remove any possible surface irregularities and ensure similar surface properties for all the specimens.
Plot of (a) tangential forces and (b) normal forces versus depth of cut It is well known that surface roughness can significantly affect the mechanical strength of components when they are subjected to fatigue cycles.
