Toward this aim, the influence of the chemical nature of the carrier gas (either H2 or Ar) on the quality of the P+ deposit and the electrical characteristics of the P/N junction was investigated.
After the VLS sequence, the residual Al-Si alloy was wet etched using alternates of acid and basic solutions.
We believe that the pits are the visible imprints of Al4C3 parasitic inclusions because this compound gets more stable when the Si content of the liquid phase gets too low [3].

Microcosmic analysis and plastic deformation tests of the bonding interface were also executed, aimming to study the interface properties and provide research basis for follow-up pressing working of complicated shape workpieces .
According to the Cu-Fe two components alloy phase diagram, no brittle Cu-Fe intermetallic compound generates in Cu-Fe alloy and the microcosmic structure appears as Cu-Fe solid solution[6].
JOURNAL OF NORTH CHINA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, 2003, 24(2):94-97.

The aim of the paper is to investigate EPE and its influence on the deformability, structure and functional properties of TiNi alloys in austenite and martensite states.
The microhardness of both alloys decreased as a result of annealing.
Both alloys demonstrate the same behavior at unloading.
At heating, these alloys demonstrated the shape memory effect (Fig. 13b), but in the initial state it is low (2.5–3.5 %) for both alloys.

The outer layer of multilayer protective coatings shall include oxides of refractory metals or oxide-forming compounds such as borides and silicides or pure metals capable of forming protective oxide films on the surface.
For stabilization of ZrO2, HfO2 oxides in tetragonal or cubic modifications or as part of a compound with phase stability in the temperature range from room to intended operating conditions, compounds of rare earth elements, most often lanthanum, can be introduced [85].

This would indicate the equality of
diffusion of components in binary alloys.
It permits to calculate correlation factors for solute and solvent diffusion in substitutional alloys.
Among these were intermetallic compounds, metallic glasses, quasicrystals, elemental and compound semiconductors, and ion-conducting materials.

This research work aimed to apply the aluminium dross, waste of ADC12 and 6063 aluminium smelter grade as the raw materials produced plant fertilizer by acid treatment process with phosphoric and hydrochloric acid.
The dross contained various compounds, the commonly compounds, and their respective content are as follows: Al2O3 64.8%, CaO 0.98%, SiO2 4%, Fe2O3 1.5%, MgO 3.2%, Na2O 2.75%, K2O 0.51%, Cl 3.9%, C 1.25% and S 0.22% by weight [3].
Hong et al. [6] passed recycled aluminium through a submerged and an electric arc furnace to produce an Al-Si alloy and brown fused alumina, respectively.
The aim of this research work was to stabilized aluminium dross by acid neutralization to make a plant nutrients.

In many ceramics, as in the case of ferrites, there is reaction of forming new solid phases, polymorphic transformations, decomposition of compounds to form new crystalline phases [13].
In this context, this study aims to evaluate the sintering in a conventional oven and microwave oven nanopowders of Ni-Zn ferrite synthesized previously by microwave energy and thus develop materials with microstructures appropriate for the development of soft magnetic materials.
