The loading (variable during the stroke) on the oar of indoor rowing machine and simulating the one acting as on-water rowing is a good example [2, 3].
It is one of the main alternatives to approach the on-water rowing performance - the further are the kinematics of oarsman's movements and the equilibrium of the oarsman-boat system [4].
The oar loading during the on-water rowing stroke was measured experimentally and the oar motion was registered by the motion capture equipment [6].
