Research on traffic volume of urban river-crossing channel Wang Wei College of Civil Engineering & Architecture, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China Wangweiye_china@yahoo.com.cn Key words: urban river-crossing channel; traffic volume; traffic allocation Abstract.
Furthermore, the correct analysis of the traffic volume of urban river-crossing channel is the premise of deciding reasonably technical level, engineering facilities scale and economic evaluation of the river-crossing channel.
During recent years, the traffic volume of civil vehicles in Wan Zhou District has a sustained growth, from 7,725 vehicles in 1997 increase to 37,957 vehicles in 2008.
This method has been applied in the river-crossing channel of Chong Qing Wan Zhou District Fu Ma Yangtze River Bridge engineering practice and responds well and it possess a abundant of theory and application values.

The Analysis and Application Progress of Construction Formwork Baomin Wanga, Kai Songb Faculty of Infrastructure Engineering, Dalian University of Technology, China awangbm@dlut.edu.cn, bhmabcd@126.com Keywords: Construction formwork, Building technology, New building material.
The Federal Technology Center in Lausanne, Switzerland and Paris Central Laboratory of Civil Engineering has conducted concrete placement testing and component strength testing of DP construction formwork, and the results show that: ① To ensure the appropriate density of concrete, plug-in vibrators can be used.
It has raised the pressure resistance, shearing resistance and ductility of walls; reduced the shrinkage and deformation caused by the drying of concrete; greatly reducing construction time, lowered labor intensity; it has made self-compaction without vibration and pounding possible, reduced noise pollution; it has brought the properties of load bearing, thermal insulation and waterproofing functions etc. as one in formwork external walls, avoiding the occurrence of cold bridges, frost and mildew; it can be prefabricated into various shapes, is suitable for various construction structures, can extensively be used in industrial, civil construction and foundation engineering etc.; extensively used in industrial waste and construction debris, it has the benefit of environmental protection and the reduction of construction costs.
