The aim of this book is to develop, in the reader, the necessary skills required for designing materials, components and structures so as to resist fracture and failure in engineering applications.
Although the material covered is designed for an advanced undergraduate course in metallurgy/materials engineering, students coming from mechanical, civil or aerospace engineering backgrounds will also be able to use this text as a course/reference book.
In addition to students, practising engineers and production mangers will also find this book very useful; particular with regard to designing components and machine elements so as to resist fracture and failure in critical applications.

Abstract.
The article describes experiments carried out at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Technology in Brno that demonstrate successful decrease of water content in building materials using microwave radiation.
The relationship between them is expressed by the following equation: λ=cf (1.3) E=h·f (1.4) Where c is the speed of light, and h = 6.62·10-34J·s λ........ wavelength [m] f......... frequency [Hz] c........ speed of light [m·s-1] E....... photon energy [J] Detailed Experimental Analysis One of a number of experiments carried out at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Institute of Building Structures will be described in more detail.
High-frequency electrical engineering [online].

More Engineering Changes.
The main reason of the design side in the design drawings is that there are not enough communication between the various professions, civil engineer are only responsible for the design of civil engineering, HVAC engineer are only responsible for the design of HVAC engineering, etc., there will be a lot of problems when the construction side in holding such drawings to implement the construction.
Timely detection the existing contradictions of civil construction and installation, such as in civil construction, holes for the installation of equipment do not set aside reserved and the rod member is not embedded in the drawings, etc.
For these problems supervision of construction engineers and supervision of installation engineers should promptly discovered and raise to the construction unit in order to prevent the post-civil construction occurred during installation and construction around the openings of the phenomenon.
Overall, the supervising engineers should coordinate with each other, if professional supervision engineers found the problem they should timely report to the chief supervision engineer, also between different supervising engineers should strengthen cooperation.
