With the expanding application fields, the demands for metal fiber are no longer confined to the mechanical and physical properties.
In this paper, we obtained continuous stainless steel fibers with complex surface morphology by utilizing self-made multi-tooth tool and revealed how the cutting parameters affect the forming process of fiber surface morphology.
This experiment was carried out under selected tool and fixed workpiece rotating speed conditions, by changing back engagement and feed rate, we studied how the cutting parameters affect on the forming process of fibers' surface morphology.
To minimize tool wear and other factors' interference on the results, the experiments conducted in groups.

Introduction Tensile strength is one of the important mechanical properties of concrete, most of the time people use the method of splitting for the tensile strength of concrete In the reinforced concrete engineering, because axial tensile test is difficult, contrast, splitting tensile test is simple.

Multi-fractal theory The complex dynamic of large-scale wind turbines is affected by fluid-solid coupling, which shows great nonlinear dynamic signal.
And traditional methods are often based on linear analysis without taking into account the non-Gaussianity un-stationary, and nonlinear factors, so these methods are not suitable for state recognition of large-scale wind turbines.
A larger α of the multi-fractal spectrums reflects the smaller regional properties, and vice verse.

Introduction Medicaments applied in coal preparation technology are mainly collecting agent and foam beater, and regulators is seldom used, but during the process of high-ash-difficult-to-separate coal slime flotation, carried fine slime is key factor affecting concentrate coal quality.
This thesis, during the study in the laboratory, studies the impact of adding appropriate amount of dispersants on coal flotation based on the special coal quality that mechanical carrying resulting from large content of coal samples slime affecting concentrate coal quality.
Inhibitory effect and synergistic inhibition of cornstarch to silicate minerals are closely related to the chemical properties of mineral crystals.
Exposed surface ion activity, surface electrical properties, surface hydrophobicity after dissociation of silicate minerals with different structures directly affect its absorbtion characteristics on mineral surfaces.
All these mentioned factors causes the result.

The mechanical behavior of cohesionless granular soil is described within the framework of micro-polar (Cosserat) continuum and using an elasto-plastic constitutive relation.
The mechanical properties of granular material, density, stress state, dilatancy resistance and surface roughness of structure have significant influence on development of localized shear zones, which in turn will affect the bearing capacity of system [1].
The mechanical behavior of cohesionless granular soil is described using the Lade's single hardening model enhanced by micro-rotations and couple stresses through stress invariants which allow relating the characteristic length to the mean grain size.
(1) where h3 and h4 = balancing factors between couple stress mi and stress σij; and l = characteristic length.
The balancing factors depend on contact distributions of soil grains and are assumed to be unity in the current study.

Introduction Kraft paper was well known as the fiber-reinforced composite because the tensile properties could be improved by adding of fiber to matrix of material [1].
Regularly, the mechanical properties such as hardness is the crucial indicator that widely used for microstructure separation in metallurgical research.
These mechanical properties of materials usually used the mathematical model that based on Finite Element Method (FEM).

The point A is light generator, which is installed at the walls of the container and the wall perpendicular to the liquid surface; through the servo unit, the light source can be around the point A for 0°~ 90° angular displacement of rotation; the point B is the reflected light receiver focusing lens; the B'-A' is the imaging of x for displacement distance, it is in detection plane of the optical-electrical detector; detection plane is consisted of the CCD photoelectric conversion unit matrices, and with the vertical liquid surface; the point A and the point A' is in the same horizontal plane, the O-O' is the normal to the midpoint of liquid surface; According to the reflective properties of light,we can know that α is the initial incidence angle of light(beam) and that β is the tracking incidence angle of light after the liquid surface displacement; the C-C' and the E-E' is represented different locations of the liquid surface, for the vertical container, then there
From experimental research, after lens focusing, the light point projected onto the photovoltaic arrays just has a small displacement, the control of displacement measurement accuracy primarily is decided to tracking the angle and front distance a and back distance b; after lens focusing, the facula size of the receiver is also directly the important factors of affecting the measurement accuracy.
The different incidence angle of the light source will cause the change of laser spot, thus affecting the adjacent photosensitive devices to take place induction.
Systematic errors are generally the photosensitive device and liquid surface fluctuation and mechanical vibrations caused.

The effect of sequential annealing on microstructure and damping capacity of TRC ZK60 alloy was studied by using optical microscope (OM) and dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA).
The mechanical properties of TRC magnesium alloy strip are equivalent to or better than those of cast magnesium alloy which was warm/hot rolled.
The microstructure, mechanical properties and damping capacity of twin roll cast ZK60 alloy strip after annealed treatment was studied in this paper.
Damping capacity was measured by dynamic mechanical analyzer (NETZSCH DMA-242C) in single cantilever deformation mode.
The values were mainly affected by the distance of weak point (solute atoms).

The first method takes into consideration all the factors that affect products during their operation, however, the test duration is comparable to a life of these products.
Calculations (transformation) of impacts of individual factors are given below.
According to [11-13, 15], the impact of the above laboratory factors is provided with consequent cycles.
