Hydraulic concrete is the major construction materials in hydraulic engineering, particularly for mass hydraulic structure.
Reducing volumetric change of concrete bulk during hardening age, adopting low hydration heat and low alkalinity cementitious materials, are effective for hydraulic concrete durability enhancement.

Introduction
As we know, borate and phosphate are very important optic function materials, such as LuBO3:Ce
3+,
Pb3Lu (PO4)2:Ce
3+ for flash material; LaPO4:Ce
3+, Tb3+, (Y,Gd)BO3:Eu
3+ for fluorescence material;
and YAl3(BO3)4,LnP2O14 for laser material.
These materials were mixed thoroughly.
As the picture, the blue emission in 454nm is good for blue materials because of the narrow and acuity peak.
