The aim of the production technology is to fulfil the processing conditions of the vulcanisation of India rubber compounds in moulding tools using production machinery.
The shaped parts of thread pattern are made by pressure or gravity casting from aluminium or magnesium alloys.
Two essential requirements have to be met when resolving the composition of alloys.
The most problematic part is the tyre- thread area, which is made by using aluminium alloys.
For this reason, the experiment was aimed at observing the aluminium alloys´ contaminations.

Recent papers highlighted that co-doped FeCrAl alloys show
improved scale adhesion and slower scale growth rate compared to similar alloys with single RE
additions.
Almost all of the studied alloys were melted and cast.
Although the global mass gain of alloys containing Hf as reactive element is lower than that obtained for Zr doped alloys, the latter ones exhibit a more protective behaviour.
In fact the co-rolling and annealing process allows to reach an Al concentration higher than 7% and consequently an increased Al reservoir without facing problems related to the formation of brittle intermetallic compounds.
These compounds are usually formed in FeCrAl alloys produced by means of traditional metallurgical processes when Al concentration exceeds 5%.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to prepare an in-situ composite of 6061 TiB2 particles using
vortex method and study the chemical kinetics of the ongoing in-situ reaction by X-ray diffraction
(XRD) technique.
Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze the chemical kinetics of the process used to prepare 6061 Al alloy-TiB2 composite. 2 Experimental Details Commercial Al 6061 alloy reinforced with different amounts (2-12wt. %) of TiB2 was used for analyzing the chemical kinetics.

Similar situation is in the case of Fe-Al alloys [5].
In the oxide layers, also no silicon-containing compound was identified [5].
Therefore, this work aims to find the main reason for the increased oxidation resistance in presence of silicon.

Generally, these intermetallic compounds are detrimental to the mechanical properties because they are easy to become crack initiation and provide preferential crack propagation paths.

For the rolled alloys, there is little difference between the hardness of the alloys with different rolling rate.
The aim of this study, the effect of HPT on aging behavior and microstructure in Al-Mg-Si alloys were investigated by TEM and those results were compared with cold-rolled samples before aging.
The black contrast was supposed as Ag-containing compound.
