The mean grain size (D) was calculated from the Scherrer equation, according to the rutile (110) diffraction peak, as follow Eq. 2 [9], (2) Where λ is the X-ray radiation wavelength, β is the full line width at half-maximum height of the corresponding peak after subtraction of the equipment line broadening, θ the Bragg angle, and K is a constant equal to 0.89.
These results indicate that the increased of CTAB concentration promotes the smaller grain size.
It is generally accepted that the photoactivity of TiO2 depends on quite a number of parameters, including the crystal structure, special surface area, and average crystallite size, etc.

With the increase of the concentration of silver nitrate, silver particle generated also increases.Increasing concentration of silver resulting reaction speed, starts to generate the nuclei is also large, and the formation of silver grains at this agglomeration tendency big trend than diffusion, and more likely to cause agglomeration of the particles, resulting silver particles grain size becomes larger.
With the increase of the concentration of hydrazine hydrate, the reaction system of the elemental silver generated in degree of supersaturation increases, resulting in increased number of form silver nuclei.

Fig.2 XRD pattern of carbonated brick with different carbonization pressure Microstructure analysis of building bricks a(0.0MPa) b(0.15MPa) c (0.25MPa) Fig.3 SEM micrographs of building bricks under different carbonization pressure It can be concluded that compared with the un-carbonated samples, a large number of granular crystal attached to the surface of the steel slag particles that these crystals are composed of calcite produced by carbonation and generated by the hydration products of steel slag showed in Fig.3.
It can know the size of crystal grain is in 0.5μm-2μm.
Furthermore, CaCO3 content on the surface is more and grain sizes is large, which show that carbonation effect is better and carbonated efficiency of steel slag is higher under the optimal conditions.

A large number of hydrogen atoms prompt structural relaxation and then crystallization of the deposited films due to the complete decomposition of reactant mixtures by high temperature hot wire.
Raman peaks of the films were fitted to estimate the crystallization rate according to the proportions of integration area [XC = (I510+I520)/(I480+I510+I520)], where I480 is the characteristic peak of amorphous silicon, I510 is deemed to be that provoked by grain boundary or the grain less than 300nm, and I520 is the characteristic peak of crystalline silicon.
