Keywords: Cold rolling, Thermal deformation model, Plastic deformation, Friction heat
In this article, the factors which have influence on the work roll thermal deformation in cold strip rolling and the heat transferring mechanism are discussed.
It is considered that there are three directions, radial, axis and circumference, for heat transferring for work roll thermal deformation with plastic materials.
Summary (1) The friction heat and plastic deformation with plastic materials work model are built for cold strip rolling considering the change of rolling contact arc along strip width direction.

Hydraulic concrete is the major construction materials in hydraulic engineering, particularly for mass hydraulic structure.
Reducing volumetric change of concrete bulk during hardening age, adopting low hydration heat and low alkalinity cementitious materials, are effective for hydraulic concrete durability enhancement.

Finite element simulation of thermal fatigue crack propagation
As the non-homogeneous samples are in the transient temperature field, Different materials were used to establish non-homogeneous finite element simulation model according to the finite element simulation results of the sample in the thermal field.
