Introduction
Friction Stir Welding is a solid-state process in which the parent material is plasticised due to heat input generated by friction between a rotating tool and the workpiece material and the plasticised material is simultaneously stirred into a mechanical joint by the tool as it rotates.
At a specific temperature, the material being welded will be optimally plasticised for that specific material and tool geometry combination in order to produce a good quality weld.

Critical to acceptance of these materials is the ability to achieve high packaging strains without damage.
The ability to efficiently package these materials for launch without any damage is critical [4].

Introduction
Composite materials have been commonly used in many high-tech fields such as automobile
industry, modern architecture, aeronautics and aerospace.
In the 1980s, Suquet [1] introduced the homogenization theory into plasticity to predict the macroscopic behaviors of ductile composite materials.
In order to generate macroscopic (homogenized) constitutive models for composite materials, a representative volume element (RVE) can be chosen to represent the periodic materials shown in Fig. 1.
This indicates that the fiber/matrix interface plays an influential role on the value of the transverse strength of the unidrectional composite materials when o 15ϕ> .

According to Science Citation Index Expanded and Social Sciences Citation Index Database in web of science, only 12 records were found in related discipline when “keyphrase extraction” as search title.
The World Wide Web has been widely used by enormous students for acquiring information, learning materials and references.
In order to find reliable and trustworthy materials, students must sift through the millions of pages available on the web, thus Kilbride J and Mangina E. (2005) describe a system designed to assist students of a web-based learning environment to achieve either acting autonomously or assisting users to create queries.

Excellent welds with low energy consumption and no braze material can be achieved.
In the engineering journals, such as Annals of the CIRP, Applied Mechanics and Materials, Manufacturing Engineering, Transactions of the ASME - Journal of Manufacturing Science and Engineering Journal of Materials Processing and Technology, can be found a large number of articles concerning to ultrasonic welding, which highlights the research timeliness in this field.
The material macrostructural and microstructural analysis were made for every working regime and compared.
The research intensification it is intended, in order to extend the ultrasonic welding applicability area on superior quality materials.
