Water that flow upon or beneath matrixes 4.
A water purification system will be developed.
But the hazardous substances in sewage can only be treated under certain circumstances, and they need to go through a professional process before becoming drinkable. 2.
Supplement to Underground Water Constructed wetlands can supply water for the underground aquifer.
Water treated in the wetland can supplement to the living and industrial water use.

Next, the changes of intake gate, water storage, drainage gate, dam body as well as the water temperature, water quality and water level in the hydropower stations are monitored.
The outflow water is mainly used to discharge water or for household and productive water.
In natural environment, the precipitation can be regarded as inflow water while the water evaporation can be viewed as outflow water.
Through this system, the coding, water level data, inflow water volume, outflow water volume, the water evaporation data and rain volume data as well as the opening of various gates can be easily processed.

Firstly, the article explains the geomantic concept from popular and professional angles.
They always were facing to waters with hills behind or leaning against hills and being close to water.
They even built a water gap garden in every ancient village.
Pure water effusing from mountains shuttles and circumfuses the settlement, and collects into the water gap at last.
The lake was more than 50 acres dug by people as the water gap.

In Phetchaburi province, Thailand has a professional group of handicrafts made of sisal, which is part of the Hub kapong royal project in Phetchaburi province, are cultivated about 64 acres of sisal and sisal leaves to make craft products.
It can be calculated following equation 5.Where W is weight of water in calorimeter (kg), w is water equivalent of apparatus, T1 is initial temperature of water (oC), T2 is final temperature of water (oC), X is weight of fuel sample taken (kg) Calorific value (kcal/kg) = [ (W+w) x (T2-T1)] X (5) 3.

Experimental OCC fibers used in this study were provided by a domestic professional paper producer.
OCC fibers were torn into fragments of 15×15 mm2, then were soaked in deionized water for 24 hours, and defibrated in high concentration aquapulper (Adirondack machine company, USA) for 15min.
Before the experiment of cellulase enzyme treatment of OCC fibers, the OCC fibers were put into polyethylene plastic bag for water balance, and its pH was adjusted to 4.5 with sodium acetate and acetic acid.
The pulp were treatment in water bath.
After pretreatment of cellulase to the pulp, the structure of fiber became more porous which was in favor of water molecules dissolved.

China’s water conservancy and hydropower construction enterprises are obtaining more glorious achievements in international project market.
The progress of the study of the application of risk analysis in engineering projects seems a little slower than the theoretic research of risk management, especially for water conservancy projects.
Despite certain accomplishments obtained in the study of risk analysis of water conservancy projects since 1990s, it mainly relied on the establishment of concepts and qualitative researches, while quantitative researches often stopped in calculation of reliability.
The questionnaire used in this survey mainly includes two parts: Part 1: it mainly focuses on statistical description which investigates the gender, professional field, title and duration for engaging in this specialty, etc. in order to facilitate the comprehension of the main risk factors in general contracting of international hydropower projects from different occupations and different layers so as to reduce the subjective influence of the individual factors of the persons under investigation; Part 2: it is the main part of the survey.

The monitoring center is made up of a computer with professional monitoring software.
System Design A number of groundwater observation wells are built in an important water source area in accordance with the rational distribution.
When the water level exceeds the allowable threshold range, the software will highlight the alarm location and send out a sound alarm.
Water Level Pressure Sensor DX130.
First the monitoring terminal gets the voltage value of the water level pressure sensor DX130, and determine if the water level beyond the scope of the default.

Base on renewal transformation practice of urban buildings, firstly new green reconstruction ideas are put forward aiming at improving and enhancing work performance and safety performance of urban buildings, enhancing ability resist earthquake, typhoon, etc, guaranteeing the safety of people's lives and property, improving the efficiency of resource utilization, energy-saving, land-saving, water-saving, material-saving, protecting and improving the environment, prolonging service life of existing buildings.
The consequences are more than the huge waste of the social resources, and a lot of architectural garbage were piled up around the city, lands were occupied, some of them contains many kinds of the harmful chemicals, which corrode the land surface and pollute the underground water, the human survival environment is damaged at the same time, tearing down old buildings and then constructing new ones blindly destroys the city’s historical landscape ,weakens the city cultural inheritance, thousands of the citys’ style is identical, the urban style were damaged heavily.
The existing urban buildings renewal transformation technical standard system concerned many specialties which ranges from exploration, inspection, identification, evaluation, design, construction, to acceptance of project, and the operational management including construction, structure, structural fire protection ,building energy saving, building electricity, central heating and air conditioning, water supply and drainage, intelligent building, building monitoring and identification and so on was made.
Before the urban building renewal transformation is executed the reliability assessment and evaluation of the building should be taken at first, such as structure reliability, state of maintenance health, architecture function and peripheral public environment, condition of the architectural energy-saving, and fire protection system, water supply system, HAVC system, power supply and lighting system, intelligent system and safety hardware facilities.
It includes multi-professional factors of the existing buildings: buildings, structures, fire control, energy-saving, electricity, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, supply and drainage of water, intelligent, monitoring and identification of houses.

Soil Infiltration Base Flow Rivers Urban rainwater Surface water storage Surface water evaporation Soil water storage Surface water runoff Urban drainage pipelines Stream flows Prompt subsurface flow Groundwater storage Groundwater undercurrents Fig. 1: Diagram of cyclic process of urban stormwater [8] In the process of urban rainwater circulation, the surface water storage is a key part.
There are only two way of surface water, one could be the groundwater supplement and another turn to surface water runoff inflow into Urban drainage pipelines and finally flow into the rivers.
Surface runoff water is the major formation source of city flood.
In the practice management system for registered planners, the professional assessments for the planners also lack the requirements in rainfall flood ecological management and resource utilization knowledge.
Due to the size of the surface water storage capacity is the key link of the flood prevention.
