Failure cause analysis was carried out on tee joint crack of boiler platen superheater header (12Cr1MoV) of subcritical power station applying microanalysis, mechanical properties test, chemical composition analysis, metallography examination and SEM observation etc.
The above disadvantageous factor can bring cracking easily.
Besides structure factors, original weld defects also contributed to the crack formation such as blow hole, lack of fusion and original weld cracks as shown in Fig.3 and Fig4.
Structure analysis showed that there existed a series of improper factors in the tee joint design.
Split-rod should be carried out for those with defects to remove the metal of weld seam and heat-affected zone.
The above disadvantageous factor can bring cracking easily.

Introduction
Homogeneity degree of the asphalt mixture has a direct relationship with mechanical performance and service life of the asphalt pavement.
The inhomogeneity is also the most serious reason to cause the damage of the hot asphalt mixture pavement in many potential factors [1].

Based on the above considerations, under different axial compression ratios, the mechanical properties of the construction joints of the frame columns with construction joints and the cast-in-situ frame columns were studied by low cycle repeated load tests and analyzed the influence of the second-order effect on the shear capacity of frame columns with joints.
At the same time, the change of the axial compression ratio will also make the additional load effect affect the shear-bearing capacity of the component.
In China, the second-order effect of reinforced concrete columns has been studied to some extent[2-4]; Han Fengxia has analyzed the second-order dynamic effect of reinforced concrete slender columns, and determined the main factors affecting the second-order dynamic effect and the mutual influence of the two effects[5]; Li Chushu[6] has pointed out that when there is a large stress in the structure, even if the deformation is very small, it is necessary to re-establish the balance equation after the deformation to get the accurate internal force and displacement of the structure.

In this paper, the author from three aspects , the analysis of die casting process design principles, design principles and infiltration technology, makes a deeper understanding on the EPC process, and put forward some standards and requirements of the EPC process technology, which avoid the casting defects and waste caused by technical factors.
Compared with traditional sand casting method, they can greatly reduce the machining cost, and the mechanical processing 40% to 50%.
It directly affects the disappearance of application development technology casting.
Curing material has good solvent resistance and mechanical properties, and is close to the body at the same time.

Epoxidized low molecular weight natural rubber (ELMWNR) has been used as a compatibilizer to enhance processing and mechanical properties of silica-filled NR [6], but the properties are still inferior compared to the TESPT/silica system.
As TESPT also plays a role as sulfur donor during mixing and vulcanization, and positively affects on the properties of silica/silane-filled NR [1], this present work investigates an influenece of extra sulfur added to the silica-filled NR compounds which are compatibilized with ELMWNRs.
The vulcanizates containing different content of LMWNR show almost no change in both properties, but the use of ELMWNRs increases the properties to the optimum values, indicating that epoxide groups of ELMWNRs can interact with the silanol groups of silica and improve silica dispersion.
The overall optimum properties are observed when 10 phr of ELMWNR-28 was used, but the properties are still lower when compared to the silica/TESPT compound.
