This deformation is responsible for a reduction of the number of possible macromolecular conformations and an increase in the relaxation time of “unfrozen” segmental mobility.
The aim of this work consists in calculation of Tg for amorphous domains proceeding solely from the chemical structure and the degree of crystallinity, with no resort to experimental data.
When the experimental data on the glass transition temperature Tg and melting point Tm are not available, these quantities can be calculated based on chemical structure of any polymer by the following formula [4,5]: (14) where ai are atomic constants, which characterize the energy of weak dispersion interaction in terms of average atomic contributions; bj are constants which describe the energy of strong specific intermolecular interactions (dipole-dipole, hydrogen bonding, etc).
The proposed calculation scheme does not require the knowledge of any experimental data except for the chemical structure of the polymer.

Reduction of terms of manufacturing occurs at the expense of association of a complex of standard processes in uniform technological installation.
Comparing experimental data and obtained by the formula 1, we conclude that the radiation power, the speed of movement of the laser beam and the scanning step are the main parameters affecting the surface roughness of the surface of the sintered layer, but the temperature of heating the powder material must necessarily be included in the model of governance.
Similarly, the mathematical model for calculating the thickness of the sintered layer: (2) Analysis of experimental data shows a decrease in the thickness of the sintered layer from 1000 to 600 mm (fig. 7) when the power range from 30 to 15 watts, so the power-intensive effect on the thickness of the layer.
After processing of a large number of experimental data almost clear boundary of change of quality of a surface of the baked powder material is observed (fig. 8).

Load versus crack mouth opening displacement diagrams were recorded and (after data filtering and appropriate modifications) subsequently evaluated using the Double-K fracture model.
The measured data were then filtered and appropriately modified at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Brno University of Technology (BUT), and subsequently evaluated in detail using the Double-K fracture model.
GTDiPS software [1] was used to conduct data filtering and make appropriate modifications to the diagrams (elimination of data point duplication and reduction of the number of measured points).
In addition to the aforementioned specimen dimensions and notch depth, other input data for the Double-K fracture model was taken from the above-mentioned edited Pv–CMOD diagrams.

The user through the key trigger scan operation handset, and through the screen timely access to data processing, when the operation is abnormal, the display interface will promptly give an error.
The former two used for data access, TDBGrid is used to display the data table is accessed, running the software without any operation can display the current label information database, and the use of TDBNavigator components, which makes the program on the label of existing data in the database browsing, add, modify, delete operation.
According to the actual needs of the establishment of a total of 4 data tables: equipment basic information data table (number, name, quality, value, date of production, manufacturers, manufacturers contact); management information data sheet (name, date of purchase, the use of the date, the use of units, contact information, management, user notes); information data sheet (user ID, user name, password, the user level, contact); the electronic label information table (tag number, number, name, manufacturer, production date, date of purchase, the use of the date, the use of units, contact information, management).
